My vehicle went in for a battery replacement. As part of the service, you provided a "free inspection", including the air filter & cabin filter. The air filter box was missing a bolt upon completion. I noted the screw was missing because the spot where the screw was missing from was completely clean, unlink the rest of the airbox. When I contacted my service writer, I received no response. In addition, the glove box was not reinstalled properly when they checked the cabin filter. If you are going to force "free inspections" on your customers, at least you can return the vehicle in the same condition. I contacted my service writer but he did not return my texts as to getting the missing part. More
