I made an appointment for $39.99 OIL CHANGE. He told me that I need the tire rotation and would be around $70.00 so I agreed Simple oil change cost me $171.00. I don't know anything about cars. After 1.5 hours my car was in shop he come out and told me that my car needs an air filter. I don't know anything about any filters so I thought it was included in my oil change. I thought another $20.00 maybe. My mistake was I didn't ask any detail about the filter or price. Being professional HE SHOULD OF EXPLAINED ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST ME.So after sitting there for 2.5 hours he come and gave me the bill for $171.00. Am not really happy about this. Very unsatisfied. What would of happened if I didn't t had the money, or credit card??? More
I spoke with Miguel Arocho by phone. Not only did he NOT take responsibility for the service issue in question, he then passed me on to the SALES DEPARTMENT. He was of no help. My daughter bought a used car last year from them. One year later, she returned to their service department for a checkup (they wanted $100 for this) and was told she'd need to spend 3k on 4 new tires, an alignment and a new rack and pinion steering gear box. She was told that the car was unsafe to drive. The car had been driven only 13k over the last 12 months and was sold with "new tires." from the same company's Used Sales Department! She walked out and got a second opinion, whereupon she was told that the car needed only 2 new tires, that it was safe to drive, that the total repair cost would be $1300 instead of $3,000, and no new rack/pinion was needed. Clearly this was a case of Braman Honda taking advantage of a young 20-something woman, where they thought they could make a buck (or 3k in this case) and get away with it. CAR BUYER BEWARE. More

If you would like to be ignored, ripped off, and treated like garbage.... Don't walk, RUN to this place! I was there for a total of 4 hours so that the mechanic could do a diognasis that took him 15 minute like garbage.... Don't walk, RUN to this place! Miguel, the service advisor, spent his entire morning ignoring me and giving me the run around. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment to finally speak to my 'advisor' I waited another hour for them to take my car into the shop. After just 15 minutes, I watch the mechanic walk away from it. Then it takes 30 minutes for Miguel to come and give me a rediculius price for the repair. The most fusterating part was that it took 2 hours until I would get my car back!! I was so mad I asked the guy several times and he just said 'give me a minute'. Oh yea, they charged $100 for this waste of my day. I later got the repair done for about half the price at another dealer. Yea, another Honda dealer actually had it priced at half of what this crook tried to charge me. More
Within a week of purchasing a 2008 Honda Accord certified car from the used inventory, I realized that there was something mechanically wrong with the vehicle. I had repair done for the timing belt and other stuff from the above shop. Your technician, Max Rubiano, performed the work. When I was driving my car next day it was making noises. Found out that he did not mount the screw in the engine mount. I took my car to your shop on the same day and business manager, Sean McCarthy, told me that as to make me calm that “things happen”. He was not a professional at all in this customer service. You do crappy work and telling me things happen. They both concurred that it was a bad installment when they replace the timing belt. I took it to Honda because of your reputation. They solved the issue, but still sound coming intermittently. I made stop payment temporary my credit card. I will not do any more repair from your shop nor my family. More

On 2/15/11 my 2008 Accord would not start. I received a jump start from a neighbor and proceeded immediately to Braman. I had no appointment but was greeted immediately. I was informed that it would be a wait, or I could go home, to determin the problem. When I explained that I had my handicapped husband in the car, Sean McCarthy arranged to drive me home personally, as the courtesy transport car was out and would be for several hours. Our problem was turned over to Herb Solomon and we were driven home. A call from Mr. Solomon informed me that the battery was replaced, but he would like the car to be kept overnight in order to do a full electrical check. I agreed. I also informed Mr. Solomon that I needed the car first thing in the morning to take my husband to dialysis, and was told that the courtesy car could come at 8a.m. Unknown to Mr. Solomon, the courtesy driver had several customers to take home and he called me and said it would be 9:30 before he could be at my home. I then tried to arrange for a neighbor to take my husband. However, about 5 minutes later, Mr. Solomon called me and asked if I was ready so that he could come, personally, and pick me up. Of course I agreed. From the time that we purchased our Accord in October 2008 to the present, we have experienced outstanding service and felt that our experience with Mr. McCarthy and Mr. Solomon should be shared.
