Dont waste your time. This is my third visit to Braman Honda. First 2 visit's I left mad with no service done. This visit I had 3 coupons that stated they could not be stac This is my third visit to Braman Honda. First 2 visit's I left mad with no service done. This visit I had 3 coupons that stated they could not be stacked. Was told on phone that I would have to have the service done one at a time to use the 3 coupon's. I was willing to do so but when I went in I talked them into doing them all at same time. Oil change $21.95, all wheel alignment $50.00 and battery $99.95. Great coupons saved me like $100.00. Then service advisor said there was a labor charge for battery. I called earlier that week and was told the $99.95 price included install. So he honored that. I asked him before service was done that total price was $171.90 plus tax $10.31 so my bill would be close to &182.00. Received bill at $224.00 if I remember correctly. Questioned the bill and then he tosses in shop fee's making his original quote wrong. These sad attempts to milk another dollar out of a customer is so upsetting it makes you post reviews like this. I live on a fixed income so adding $35.00 on top of original quote is just bad business. So standing in line at cashier he tells me he feels like I beat him. This is not suppose to be a game of win or lose but that's how they look at it. So I got on same page as he was (trying to take advantage of the situation) and conversation quickly turned into a battle of right vs wrong. They want to play games I can accommodate them. After back and forth with his version of customer service and my ability to read between the xx my bill was lowered to $200.15. Still $12.00 over the quote we agreed to outside when we wrote up the service ticket. Seeing the ability to not get my original quoted price I gave in and paid the $200.15 just to get the xxxx out of there. After first 2 visits I had planned to never go back to this place but figured I could deal with ignorance for a few hours to take advantage of the coupons, xxxx that was hard to do. So I started talking pictures of the facility. The bathroom was sorta clean until you step into a stall. Old toilet paper with crap on it on the floor ( see pic) and toilet seat with urine on it. The big guy in the picture is their service manager. I was in that store for 4 hours and saw him in his office for most of that time until he had get up for some reason. I look at the reviews this store has on Yelp and can't figure out why this service manager José still has a job. 1.5 stars for 21 reviews. That is a F if you are being graded. I will say one thing nice. Gerson Santiago my service advisor was very professional and tried his best to do his job when surrounded by idiots and hands tied. He stepped up when everyone else had their heads up their butts. I don't hold him responsible for Honda's ignorance with no conception of customer service. He did his job best he could with me. I am a tough old bird that is tired of crappy customer service and car dealerships trying to milk every dime they can out of you. Except his beat me comment did make me mad. The battery I needed installed was not installed after they told me I needed a battery cable mine was corroded. Quoted me for cable around $71.00 they could not install the battery they were afraid they might break the cable when trying to uninstall the battery. Woke up next day bought a can of coca cola poured it on corroded cable scrubbed with wire brush and poof clean cable. Took old battery out and installed my new battery. I guess since I "beat" them this is what kind of service you get. Would have been nice if Jose the service manager would have actually been around with what looked like several service issues while I was there yet he sat in his office for 3 of the 4 hours I was there. Try to call service department and see for yourself. More

He took me his office than he said I can use coupon but I have to wait minimum 2 hours! I said I have a appointment I got this morning why I have wait that much ! He said they are too busy... He can reschedule for new appointment. Avoid this Honda at all costs. They are liars, greedy and have a bad communication. They obviously fixing alot of cars he is acting like don't need our businesses. I tried to get service 2 times never go here again. I would not give Braman Honda 1 star. More

This is outrageous! I asked to speak to the manager and they transfer me to someone's voice mail by the last name Benjamin- at this point I don't even believe that. Is Their Manager- I Was there 3 weeks ago when I brought my car as soon as I received notice in The mail- A gentleman by the name Yeovanni ( the name is spelled different ) told me he would get back to me in 10 days- still waiting !! This is a safety issue and I understand that there could be a delay since it is a massive amount of cars involved In The recall but a reunir phone call or follow up to let customers know they are working in tj is the least they can do!!! I will not buy a Honda anymore !!! And I have been a Honda customer over 20 years! More
Service Visit Mr. Denker was my service advisor. He was very kind and helpful. I had brought my Honda in for a service and Glenn advised me that other thins needed Mr. Denker was my service advisor. He explained everything that needed to be done and advised me what needed to be done right then and there and what could wait until next time. He was very honest with me about my car. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Braman Honda by Glenn Denker again next time!! More

Rude and condescending salesman and manager I purchased a used car from Braman Honda several weeks ago. A week later it wouldn't start and I had to bring it back to them to have the battery repl I purchased a used car from Braman Honda several weeks ago. A week later it wouldn't start and I had to bring it back to them to have the battery replaced. When I got the car it was infested with ants. Fine, things happen, they said they would take care of it and give me a loaner if I brought the car in on Thursday. I arrived Thursday morning and was told Michael wasn't in so I couldn't get a loaner. The manager, Julio, was extremely rude. I told him I was frustrated that I got the car 3 weeks ago and already had to bring it back twice. His response was "sorry you feel that way". He told me I had to either sit and wait for Michael to eventually show up or let Michael bring me a car wherever I was. He said "is that ok or not!?!?" I left to go to work and waited for Michael to call me to tell me he was coming. 3 and a half hours later Michael called to say he was on his way. An hour and a half later he still hadn't gotten there so I called him and he very nastily said "I have a customer, I will come when I'm done!" Half an hour later he showed up and began to berate me at my workplace for being upset. He told me he was doing me a favor by fixing my car, I needed to not be so upset and get over it, and it was my fault that I showed up and he wasn't there because he can't sit around waiting for me to come. Every time I tried to say something he cut me off and was extremely condescending. When I asked when my car will be done he said "sometime tomorrow", he doesn't know and he would call me. I finally disengaged and walked away, all while he was still berating me. The next day at 4:30 I still hadn't heard from him so I called to check on it. When I got there he wordlessly got my car for me and walked away. Extremely unhappy with how I have been treated and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
