Battery replacement I started out on a Saturday morning only to find my car barely started. I headed right for Braman to get a new battery. I got there about 7:20am think I started out on a Saturday morning only to find my car barely started. I headed right for Braman to get a new battery. I got there about 7:20am thinking the service dept. opened at 7:30. I then saw the sign that said they opened at 8:00am on Saturdays. Mr. LaCosta approached me and asked if I had an appointment and I said no. He said Saturday service is by appointment only. I apologized for my ignorance and said I guess I'll have to go elsewhere. He asked me what is the problem? I said I thought I needed a new battery. He said not to worry, he would see that I was taken care of. Happily I was on my way in less than an hour. A really great experience considering I didn't have an appointment. Kudos to Mr. LaCosta and to the Braman service department. More

First time was a charm Moved to West Palm Beach recently and my 2011 Honda pilot needed some service work. Bramen Honda was close by so I decided to give them a shot. Gilber Moved to West Palm Beach recently and my 2011 Honda pilot needed some service work. Bramen Honda was close by so I decided to give them a shot. Gilbert Gil was my service rep and did an excellent job of determining my needs and taking care of them. My pilot was ready when promised and Gilbert kept me informed so I could pick the car up as scheduled. In addition to the service work Gilbert did a complete check up of the condition of my Pilot and made a number of recommendations for future reference. While discussing my needs prior to the service I had mentioned to Gilbert that a rubber gasket had come loose on my sunroof and could they put it back on. After checking with his service department Gilbert told me they couldn't replace the gasket but would need to replace the entire part and that the charge would be $150. I declined figuring I could get some silicone or something similar and glue it back on myself. Imagine my surprise when Gilbert called to let me know the car was ready and that Bramen decided to replace the entire part free of charge. If that's not excellent customer service for a first time customer I don't know what is. Thanks to Gilbert Gil and Bramen Honda for exceeding my expectations and convincing me to be a customer. If you are looking for Honda service give them a call and ask for Gilbert. More

Expensive Service Costs I purchased my car last year with the help of Michael Brown. It was a Certifed Pre-Owned Vehicle. I keep the car in a garage and do not drive much - I purchased my car last year with the help of Michael Brown. It was a Certifed Pre-Owned Vehicle. I keep the car in a garage and do not drive much -my wife is ill so we don't go far or do much except go to doctors, drug store and grocery store. I put 2700 miles on in the year of ownership. Some of the items I had to pay for should have been done by you guys prior to selling the vehicle. It seems odd to me that a gas cap gasket would go bad as soon as it did; that brake fluid & power steering fluid would breakdown with only 26,299 miles on the car adding that fuel injectors would need cleaning also. I bought an extended warranty and a service plan - neither of which helped in reducing my cost except for a lost key. Sorry to say this but it seems rather suspect to me. More

The only bad experience i had was they was giving me the wrong key than once they found my key i went to leave n a service tech blooked me in and i honk n yelled they just keep walking so i had to get someone esle to move the other car and it took 3hrs to change my tire. I left and got to work in broward the new tire was flat i put air back into it n drove it back to the dealership it was the bead in the tire that wasn't installed properly they quickly changed it. And i was off again late for work but satisfied my tire was fixed. More
