Horrible customer service I was so upset with the sales and finance Dept that I ended up buying from Delray Honda. They kept me in a room waiting for an hour and then the finan I was so upset with the sales and finance Dept that I ended up buying from Delray Honda. They kept me in a room waiting for an hour and then the finance guy added on things I didn't know about. It was terrible, but that was awhile ago. So I ended up going to get my car serviced at Braman because they are closer to me. Again a huge disappointment. I couldn't get anyone to give me the price for an oil change over the phone. Got transferred around each times and the. They said they can't give an exact price because I may need other services. I said I don't want anything except the oil change and they said they'd have an advisor call me back, which never happened. Eventually I just went in and they said it would take an hour. It ended up taking over 2 hours just for the oil. And they have horrible customer service. None of the employees were friendly or helpful. It's worth the longer drive to go to Delray and get great service. More
