The service person who greeted me, Raphael, was warm, friendly, and knowled I judge businesses by the people they hire. Braman Honda has great people. The service person who greeted me, Raphael, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in the 30,000 mile service and gave me the “why” for each thing. His boss gave me a lesson about roof top carriers and helped me make a decision about how best to move my belongings back up north for the summer. The cashier was amazing. Her smile, hello, and her patience with my fumbling credit card technique made me feel wonderful. I always bring my CR-V in for service before going home and I always look forward to seeing the great people at Braman. More

During the multi-point check it was found that my battery was ready to die. Alleyah notified me of this and noted the battery would be replaced free, as it was under warranty.
