Have used Braman’s for 8 years. My Honda had to be towed in to the shop. I called Valerie (she was my service advisor at last servicing appt) to let her know it was on the way. She m My Honda had to be towed in to the shop. I called Valerie (she was my service advisor at last servicing appt) to let her know it was on the way. She met me and explained process they would use to determine problem, approximate time to complete and cost. Next morning she called with information so I could decide how to proceed and that it might take several days to complete repairs. I was provided a courtesy car for a couple of days. Repairs were completed sooner than expected. I have been taking my car to Braman’s for 8 years for servicing and repairs. Thanks Valerie for your courteous and professional manner. BTW: My Honda drives like a new one. More

Professional & courteous Valerie communicated well and was easy to speak to and get in touch with. Once my car was ready, she explained exactly what happened to my vehicle and Valerie communicated well and was easy to speak to and get in touch with. Once my car was ready, she explained exactly what happened to my vehicle and got me on my way without any inappropriate delays. I will hopefully be scheduling future services through her exclusively. Awesome, Affordable, and Honest! My car has been giving me MAJOR problems these past few days, and the last thing I wanted to do was take it to a dealership so i looked at every youtu My car has been giving me MAJOR problems these past few days, and the last thing I wanted to do was take it to a dealership so i looked at every youtube video and google article possible just try and figure it out myself. Long story short, when I finally decided to take it to the dealership I got EXCELLENT customer service from my service advisor John Johnston. He had great hospitality, responded to me in a very timely fashion and provided me with an overall great experience. The mechanic that worked on my car, Kiet Phan, really did an awesome job and truly went Above and Beyond when it came to repairing my car. I just had to show my gratitude on this review page after being served so well. Thanks guys! More
