Valerie Chrystal provided an excellent customer experience! Fitting us in on a busy weekend day, I called in the morning the day of. I usually will do whatever I can to avoid bringing our cars into dealerships because of the delays, waits, and time lost from the commitment. Valerie served up an entirely opposite experience than what I was dreading. She squeezed us in, personally met us for the intake of our vehicle, in 5 minutes I was out the door after dropping off our vehicle for a service with a promotion discount. A couple hours later, it was done! Plenty of time left to pick up our car before we needed it for the next day. She checked off all our boxes with a smile on her face, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service. Thanks Braman! More

Braman Honda - October 2019 We recently had what was undoubtedly one of the worst dealership experiences we've ever had, and this is the second time we've encountered such issues We recently had what was undoubtedly one of the worst dealership experiences we've ever had, and this is the second time we've encountered such issues at Braman Honda. It is IMPOSSIBLE to spend less than an hour at Braman Honda regardless of what you're doing (pick-up, drop-off, etc.) because of process inefficiencies. Front-driveway attendants were rude and pushy when dropping our vehicle off for service during a recent visit. We needed a rental car - it took almost a half hour just for someone with Enterprise to return to the office. We called in advance requesting an SUV or van, but they only had a sedan upon our arrival. We dropped our vehicle off in the morning --- we were then told that they needed to keep it overnight because they didn't get it until "late-day". The main problem we brought the van in for was not addressed. They also neglected to perform another service we brought our vehicle in for, citing "time constraints." On pickup, when they handed me the invoice, it was wrong. They did not pull our maintenance history, warranty record, purchase agreement, etc. and then I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct my invoice. Braman Honda doesn't value my time, and they certainly do not make me feel valued as a Honda customer. I am unlikely to return to Braman Honda and am likely to drive further away to go to a different Honda dealership. More

Awesome Service Women Valerie and Alleyah are awesome service women. I mainly worked with Alleyah. She was on top of her game in regards to her work ethic. If your car is new and still under warranty they ignore issu They promise you the world when selling me my 2 Honda CR-V 2018 purchased the same day brand new. I have issues with my fan speed going up and down on They promise you the world when selling me my 2 Honda CR-V 2018 purchased the same day brand new. I have issues with my fan speed going up and down on its own. It’s not constant but happening about 75% of the time. I have had to turn the car on and off 4-5 times because the fan will be blowing at minimum speed very little cold air on a scolding hot car that was sitting in the sun. I took the car in and just a few hours latter was told to pick it up because it’s fine. They told me this was my fault for driving in the eco mode. I told them o own another exact car and never had this issue but they said that was not true and that all their cars do that. After calling other dealers to help me, I was told that braman Honda does thus, if it’s under warranty they want you in and out of there without spending on your car but when the warranty was over they will find 20 extra issues because the more the larger your bill. Please beware More
