My new CR-V was leaking Washer fluid and when I called they said I could bring it in that same day and I made a 3:00 PM appointment with Vito, their service agent. First the poured Wiper Fluid in the bott they said I could bring it in that same day and I made a 3:00 PM appointment with Vito, their service agent. First the poured Wiper Fluid in the bottle in front of me right at the check-in and watched it leak out. I left and went to get something to eat and when I returned I text Vito and he came and found me in the lobby and told me that they found a defective water pump motor and had replaced it under warranty. That is what I would call great service and Vito was very professional and and on top of the whole process. More

This will be my second time getting my car serviced with Vito Fabbro and I have to say I’m staying with him every time I need my car serviced.
