I stopped in to find out why my tire pressure light kept coming on, after multiple trips to another Honda dealership. Alex was very helpful and provided a reasonable explanation, unlike the 10 others who ha coming on, after multiple trips to another Honda dealership. Obviously Carlos Gonzalez is afraid of giving his own number out and doesn’t want to deal with complaints. I would give a 0 star if I could. I finally felt the need to post this review. I have leased or purchased 6 Honda vehicles from Braman Honda of Palm Beach and had them serviced there, in total we have had 14 Honda’s. I now go to Ed Morse Honda for service. I will no longer take my cars to Braman for service after what happened the last time with a simple oil change on my daughter’s 2019 Honda Civic EX. The service technician forgot to install the two front screws that attach the shield that has to be removed to access the oil pan drain plug and oil filter. It cost me $400.00 to have it replaced by Coggins Honda in Deland, FL., which was not reimbursed by Braman. The Coggins service advisor spoke with a Braman Manager while I was at Braman. The Coggins service advisor stated the only way it had happened was because the 2 front screws were not installed after the oil change and the Braman Mgr. denied responsibility. The Braman Mgr. stated to the Coggins service advisor while I was at Braman that they get one of these a day; and I can understand why if the service technician is forgetting to install the screws. The Braman manager also tried to blame the car’s damage on my teenage daughter who was driving the car. While I was on the phone with him after the car had been repaired, he requested to speak to her and proceeded to blame and accuse her. He insinuated that she had hit something while driving and was attempting to blame their negligence on her. I do have the documentation along with photos that were sent to Braman. Prior to this incident I would repeatedly have to return to the service advisor, after having my car worked on, to remind them to top off the Windshield Washer Fluid, which is part of the service we pay for. The one time they put water in the Windshield Washer tank and I know it was water because it was clear. I also had to go back to the service advisor when they forgot to put the oil cap back on after a oil change on our 2003 Honda Odyssey LX. The service advisor asked if the oil cap was on when I came in for service. It had been on and while the service advisor was getting the service technician, I discovered the oil cap between the Radiator and the AC and installed it myself. Neither the service advisor or technician had nothing to say not even an apology. A person shouldn’t have to check their vehicle before they leave to see if the service they paid for was fulfilled properly. More

They don’t back there cars they sell. Unorganized, inefficient..overpriced on everything. Honda’s have issues with there cheap rubber seals and moldings, paint issues galore. I called to make an appointment for a long overdue inspection and service on my car. Rodney was very helpful, and explained the process. Bill helped me the day I went in. I love the fact that there was good communication and there were no surprises when I had to pay for the service done to my car. I am thankful for their professionalism and great service. Was able to get an appointment right away. The service department greeted me and started on the service for my car. I waited and before too long, my car was done.
