Service was good and timely. However a $13 charge on a $257 bill for upkeep of their building was not explained before hand or needed as the markup on parts should cover that. More

You go out of your way to provide the worst service. Your service drive is unorganized, SAs standing around BSing amongst each other avoiding customer, no one knows what’s going on, it’s literally like amateur hour there, Sorry but that’s the truth. Took 25mins just to get someone to check us in. We tried talking to a Mgr but that doesn’t seem to work it’s like talking to a brick wall. We just will never buy from your dealership again and rethink where we take it for service and this will be our last Honda, overpriced junk, and your SA saying it’s the type of car… I hate when SAs talk to you like there a mechanic and know everything when they actually know nothing same with the Service Mgr I talked with, doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Business mangers don’t make good mechanics or technicians.
