I dealt with my service advisor Jasmine Fernandez who was very helpful in setting up the appointment and then when I came in going over the details of what needed to be done and how long it would take as wel very helpful in setting up the appointment and then when I came in going over the details of what needed to be done and how long it would take as well as a reasonable estimate of the cost. The car was serviced timely, and the facility made available to customers who were waiting was clean and well lite and comfortable. Service was good and timely. However a $13 charge on a $257 bill for upkeep of their building was not explained before hand or needed as the markup on parts should cover that.
