I was told (on the phone) the service would take 45 minutes. It took almost 8 hours. Arrived at 8am the service was concluded at 4pm. First time in for Oil change and tire rotations service and check of all vital areas. Vada was great she got me in and out and less than 1 1/2 hour and half even had my car washed for me.
