My experience was amazing! Wallid was the nicest car sales person I've ever worked with. He LISTENED to my needs and followed through with every request I made. It has been a while since I visited a dealership for service. I think that it is ridiculous to charge all these fees just to install an air filter. I could have easily gone to auto zone and have them service. I think that it is ridiculous to charge all these fees just to install an air filter. I could have easily gone to auto zone and have them put it in for FREE. I had 2 filters installed and was charged installation and disposal fees for each one. Keep in mind that you had to remove it to show how dirty it was. There was no fee to do that, so why charge to put one back in??? Make it make sense. If I refused installation, you would have had to put it back in any way, at NO CHARGE. More
