Most recently, I dinged Alex one star because he was great, but not perfect. I asked directly, more than once, if it was normal to see the voltage drop below 13 while the car was running. He spoke about electrical loads, but did not have a direct answer. Perfect would have been to say, "I'll look into it and let you know." I did get that answer from Rodney, who told me "Yes, the alternator has a clutch." More

Braman Honda service staff are very helpful. I deal with Susan Rutledge as my service advisor and she always went out of her way to fit the recall service into my schedule. I was a little reluctant about getting it fixed because there is so much negative feedback on the Passport Forums from people who had it done, but it went well. No scratches or noises. Well done.
