The experience I had a Braman Honda of Palm Beach was better than ever expected! This was my first time ever leasing a new vehicle and being that I was a recent college graduate they really made it as ea better than ever expected! This was my first time ever leasing a new vehicle and being that I was a recent college graduate they really made it as easy and affordable to me as possible. They understood the circumstance that I was in as a graduate and did the best they could to fulfill my needs. I received tinted windows on the house to seal the deal and it really makes the car look amazing! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and outgoing! They made me feel very welcome and they were very inviting! They let me know that I could call them at anytime of the day and “certain” hours of the night :) and they would be more than willing to help me! Om and Louis were great and I could not have asked for better sales and leasing consultants!! More

The overall experience was great. I had met Paulo a few weeks before and told him what type of preowned car my wife Cindy was interested in. Because of the holiday season we were unable to come to the deal weeks before and told him what type of preowned car my wife Cindy was interested in. Because of the holiday season we were unable to come to the dealership together til January. When we arrived Paulo very pleased to help us and he remembered our conversation weeks before. He showed us very nice preowned Accords and my wife fell in love. We received and fair trade and a good price on our "new" 2010 Accord. I don't think we've ever purchased a car and have felt quite as comfortable as we did working with Paulo Rossi and Brandon Garland. There was no pressure from either gentleman which would normally put me quite as comfortable as we did working with Paulo Rossi and Brandon Garland. We achieved what we set out to do (lease a car) the first dealership we went to and left with 2 new cars the same day. Both Paulo and Brandon were professional yet approachable. I went in one night to look for a new car and since it was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). Went back the next day with my trade and the sales rep and f was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). Went back the next day with my trade and the sales rep and finance manager put me in a new 2010 Honda Accord and the payments were about the same as I was paying before. Great experience. More
