I needed to buy a car for my daughter, and went to Ed Morse Honda first because it was closer to my house. The sales manager was rude to me and I left without buying a car. He was very pleasant and professional, and we finalized the deal over a couple quick phone calls. I came in later that afternoon to sign the paperwork and pay for the car. Overall, it was a very good experience, and Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. When we came to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time with my daughter explaining how everything works and was extremely patient, nice and helpful. He's exactly the kind of employee I'd want working for me - he really makes your dealership look great. We'll be back next time we need a car. More

We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Braman Honda. The entire transaction, from the test drive, to selecting the car we wanted, to driving it out the door, was accomplished in one day. There were no indications of high pressure tactics from Rick or from any other Braman employees we came in contact with. Everyone we met performed their job in a friendly and efficient manner. We had to return to the dealership for a scheduled visit to obtain a disc for the navigation system, and to have a roof rack installed. This was handled in a courteous and competent manner. Rick was solicitous and concerned, and he followed through to make sure that we were satisfied. I thought about my options and went to Honda the next day and purchased a new car. He was organized and followed through with the same level of customer service.
