I went to three other Honda dealerships in the area. One didn't have the car I wanted and I didn't want to wait. The other had the car I wanted and did hardball tactics, so I walked away. He and the staff worked hard to get me a price I could afford and even more importantly a payment plan I could afford. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of my car! I highly recommend Elliot as he isn't the pushy salesman that I would run away from as I did in the other dealership and was patient and worked hard to make what I still consider a great deal for me. I also, unfortunately, can't remember the name of the young finance agent you have, but he worked very hard too to get me the loan as my credit wasn't very good. We were very lucky to have sales person Paulo Rossi as your representative of your Dealership. He did everything expected of an exellent sales rep. Once back at the Dealership, we sat in his office and he asked if we wanted something to drink. We both took coffee. He then solicited some questions we might have about the car: color, GPS, etc. and he answered all our inquiries. We then negotiated price, trade in, financing, etc. and came to an agreement. There was no presure, everything went very amicable and that we really appreciated. We then were introduced to Finance Officer: James Algeciras, who did all the paperwork. He too was very nice and explained all the details of purchase and financing. After all the paperwork was done, we did not take the CR-V that day, because a running board had to be attached. When we did pick up the CR-V all was in order. All in all, we were very satisfied with the purchase and Paulo Rossi, who to this day, has been very helpfull in assisting us with some features, how to work and implement them.
