I went in one night to look for a new car and since it was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). Went back the next day with my trade and the sales rep and f was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). I was impressed by the friendliness, knowledgeability, and consideration of Ali Chamas. He was prompt when we had appointments and courteous at all times. My disillusionment came with my realization, when I felt well enough after my accident to look over the massive amounts of paperwork that I had. By signing papers, I had raised the price of the transaction to nearly new car status. For example, I do not see why I should need two policies that provide the same services that my primary insurance company does - towing, etc. I feel as though I should fault myself for not being able to pay close enough attention to what was going on in the actual paperwork. Somehow the cost of some of the services was lost in the mountain of paperwork before me. I am presently trying to reconcile papers and duplications of services, and I am very confused. That is not a pleasant experience. I had decided to purchase a used car because I felt I could better afford that than a new Honda, as I had done in the past. Any extra cost in these difficult times is onerous. I feel that I have not accomplished my goal. More
