Well Service what service over charging for tires. Can't even get to the service dept to ask a question in regards to your suv, car, golf cart. after numerous holds, transfers to other depts. Rudeness on th even get to the service dept to ask a question in regards to your suv, car, golf cart. after numerous holds, transfers to other depts. Rudeness on the phone I would warn all to stay far away from this place at least for your own peace of mind. The main reason i even took my suv their was ive been paying them for some time for work that did not have to be paid the only thing i wanted was to get my info from all of the services they have provided so i can submit them in to my insurance for reimbursment. as i mentioned with the tire i took it in they said i had a nail in the sidewall wanted to charge 152 dollars for a brand new tire. Now i took my suv and said tire to of all places Walmart it was fixed for 12.95. their was no nial in the sidewall they plug it up and i was on my way in under 30 mins it was an hour before this dealership even came back to tell me that i had to buy a tire. Like i said if want some peace of mind avoid this dealership. But if prefer dealing with people that would drive a crazyman sane by all means i wish you good luck really i do More
Gosh I wrote a raving review about Ray Graham and Braman's service department. I even said I would buy a new car from Braman based on their service. Well cross that out - cancel the thought and let Braman's service department. I even said I would buy a new car from Braman based on their service. Well cross that out - cancel the thought and let me say I am so glad I didn't buy from them. I requested an Internet quote on a Fit. We know no one will get rich on the sale of a Fit. However, after receiving the boilerplate note thanking me for my inquiry - I never heard from them. I placed 2 calls to Stephen Baldini and left a voice message on his machine. He is supposed to be my contact? Well, let's just say thanks for pre-informing me about your dealership's lack of interest. I am really glad you turned me off and did not return a call or even respond by e-mail. It is better to find out now what I would have been in for, rather than find out later. I would not accept a car for free from Braman - thank you Steve Baldini for your total lack of interest and for not having the courtesy of at least telling me you are not interested. Gosh when we were shopping for a BMW te salespeople at Braman were extremely helpfull. We ended up getting a Benz simply because they had a better deal. But damn - Hondas' are bread and butter - to simply disregard a potential customer - that is horrible. Everyone knows you won't get rich selling a Fit - but the Fit cements a relationship and as every sales person strives to attain - the Fit leads to the profit center sale. Stephen you blew it and I thank you for turning me off before I got involved. More

Can drive for 20 hours straight without and aches or pains. Now about Braman. I had brought the E into Huntington Honda complaining about the AC. They told me all Es' have poor AC. Then about a year ago my son-in-law borrowed the E and complained about the AC. I told him that's the way it is supposed to work - he said bull! Anyway, my wife and I had sweltered our way into Fl and the E needed service. Went to Braman met with Ray Graham (Excellent Guy to work with) - he checked it out and about 3 hours later told me the car was ready. Seems there was a crushed O ring that happened at the factory. We now have the coldest air in the world. Went to Huntington Honda complaining about drive train noise. They charged me about 250 for differential oil. I still had the noise. Went to Braman - Ray diagnosed the problem and it was fixed for $118.00. My tachometer stopped working - went to Huntington. They replaced a module that was under recall. I got in the car and the tach was not working. Told the service advisor and was told they have to diagnose the problem and would have to charge me. Drove to Fl (no not for that problem) and saw Ray. An hour later the tach was fixed - they replaced a sender unit at NO CHARGE - WARRANTY. I can't say enough about the quality of the dealership and in particular Ray Graham. When we move to Fl this summer I will be buying a new Honda from Braman. Good Service leads to solid Sales. More
I purchased a 2005 Accord from Braman Honda. The car runs fine, but everything that I went through in order to get it was a bit much. The sales person was misleading about what was included with the car. Whe fine, but everything that I went through in order to get it was a bit much. The sales person was misleading about what was included with the car. When signing the papers he tried to say the Honda certification was going to cost $500 more because there were two steps to the certification process and the second step of it was never purchased when it clearly stated on the window sticker that it was included. Once I flat out refused to pay the extra money they said they would cover it. When everything was finally done (I arrived at 5:30pm and things weren't done until after 9) I was driving home and realized they didn't fill the gas tank all the way. They only put in 1/4 of a tank of gas when a full tank should have been included in the price. That's another $50 with today's gas prices. Overall I was very disappointed with this dealer and next time will be sure to shop somewhere else. More
I was ready to buy a new CR-V in 2006 (had I known about this web site at the time, I would have written sooner) so I decided to search the internet to see what kind of deals were out there. I was contacte this web site at the time, I would have written sooner) so I decided to search the internet to see what kind of deals were out there. I was contacted by a few local dealers and was basically dealing via email. Braman just wasn't willing to give me the best deal and when I told them that, the sales guy - I've forgotten his name, but I believe it was Louis got very defensive and at times, downright nasty! He sent me several emails that pretty much told me I was an idiot for "going farther from home for a mere $1,000"! Well, maybe $1,000 is "mere" to him, but it certainly wasn't mere to me!! I seriously thought he had totally lost his mind! I mean, really -- who would say something like that to a potential customer? Like that kind of attitude would make me change my mind and go with his deal instead! Oh well, maybe he was just desparate for a sale. Whatever -- I bought my new CR-V elsewhere. The best sales person, by far, was at Ed Morse! So now I'm ready to trade again - think I'll call Braman --- NOT!! And another thing, I've always had my Honda (I've had 5) serviced at Braman too - ever since they were at the old place over on Dixie Highway, but now my favorite service guy, Don, has retired, so I really see no reason to go back to Braman for any reason. Too bad they are closest to home! More
After getting the routine about why they "have to" charge a dealer fee to cover things like a safety checks on used cars, shortly after buying a used Jeep we found the break lights didn't work when the headl a dealer fee to cover things like a safety checks on used cars, shortly after buying a used Jeep we found the break lights didn't work when the headlights were turned on. After three trips to Braman, the service center still didn't have the break lights fixed right. Though Braman wasn't charging for the repair, not that they actually made one, we finally went to Jeep and had them do it right. As for the supposed "safety check" that they do on used vehicles, it must not include the hydraulics that hold up the hood. Those were shot, as we pointed out, and Braman had to replace those before we drove the Jeep off the lot. We also took our Honda there to get the timing belt changed. We called around to several prices and were surprised to find Braman's price was quite competitive. We figured that as a Honda dealer who works on Hondas all the time, they'd be able to do a good job. Wrong!!! Three trips to the service center is what it took to get the timing belt job done right. I just went in to"buyout" my Honda. Thought it would be a simple process. Wrooong! After telling them numerous times I did not want to look at other cars, I was then forced to sit and wait with my 10 month o simple process. Wrooong! After telling them numerous times I did not want to look at other cars, I was then forced to sit and wait with my 10 month old son for 2 hours while my car was being given a "safety check" which is required before I could do a buyout. The only problem they said was a broken outside lens for the parking light. Ok, fine. Is that all, I asked. Yes that was it. That was coming not only from my sales guy but as I walked towards the cafe area, I could hear a few other men(manager's maybe) saying she needs to get that light fixed, period. Well, not only did I purchase the headlight kit, I had my boyfriend install it at 10:00 that night so I could bring the car back first thing the next day and get it over with. Again, I enter Braman Honda of Greenacres with my 10 month old and 2 hours later, yes, that was 2 hours later they come back and say now my brakes have to fixed. What!!! Why didn't you tell me this yesterday when you had my car for 2 hours in the back, I asked. Well, we didn't check that far was their comment. Unbelievable!!! I figured they were stumped when I came back with the light fixed and they hadn't made any money off of me yet. When i asked to speak with a manager, they sent over the service manager, Gonzalez is his last name. When I asked him why no one mentioned the brakes the day before he said they didn't get that far. I said you had my car for 2 hours, wouldn't that have been one of the first things to get checked since it was a "safety check". His comment was, well that's our safety check, if you go and crash into a brick wall that's your problem. That's what he said to me as I'm holding my 10 month old son. Yes, he reduced to me to tears after that. What a heartless, cruel thing to say to a mother and her child. Well, they eventually did get more money out of me and 3, yes 3 hours later, I finally left that place with what little dignity I had left. You know that movie Snakes on a Plane, they filmed it in the wrong place. The real ones are located inside Braman Honda of Greenacres(Palm Beach). More
My wife and I went to braman Honda to purchase a car. Our old car recently blew its head gasket so we really needed something immediately. Brandon our salesman sold us a 2003 Honda accord sedan. He told us t old car recently blew its head gasket so we really needed something immediately. Brandon our salesman sold us a 2003 Honda accord sedan. He told us that it was Honda certified and had never been damaged or in an accident. Our finance manager, Om Prakash explained to us our interest rate was something like 8.9% and if we purchased GAP Insurance, Honda would pay our insurance deductible for any insurance claim repairs. He even recommended that we change our deductible from $500 to $1000 like he did for his own vehicle. The next day, Om Prakash called us back because we needed to sign some more paper work. He told us that the previous financing was rejected and we needed to sign for a new rate of 16 %. We felt like we had no choice and we did sign it. Later I heard that this is a commonly practiced bait and switch tactic. A couple months later hurricane Wilma dropped a huge tree branch on the trunk. When I made the claim to Honda's gap underwriter I was surprised to find out that GAP Insurance that Om Prakash sold us only covers the deductible if the car is totaled. I feel that GAP is a great coverage but it was defined to us incorrectly. We still would have purchased it without the lies, but we would have kept our $500 deductible. Due to this, we had to shell out $1000 because of his misleading information. We called and left a message but after our first conversation about this issue, he became busy all the time. We have never heard from Braman Honda concerning this issue. Recently we took the car to car max to trade it in and was surprised to find out that the car had been repainted and there is evidence of damage on the cars front fender most likely from a care accident (this was before we got the trunk repaired and the evidence they found was on the front fender) this dropped the trade in value about 3000 dollars. Lexus, Coral Springs Honda, and Maroone Toyota all said the same. I don’t expect a resolution, and I just heard of this site. I would have written sooner if I knew. I purchased the car almost a year ago and want people to be aware of the despicable tactics that we fell for at Braman Honda on Lake Worth rd in Greenacres Florida. We have purchased from them before and I guess this is how they treat a loyal customer. Here goes a great link for spotting repair and repainting from previous damage that will dramatically lower cars value for resale. www.omegamotors.com/buylikeapro/4_howtobuy_step5.html More
