The reason for rating a 3 on the customer service is that they kept me waiting so long. I was there from 10:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The process was slow and exaggerated. On 2/15/11 my 2008 Accord would not start. I received a jump start from a neighbor and proceeded immediately to Braman. I had no appointment but was greeted immediately. I was informed that it would be a wait, or I could go home, to determin the problem. When I explained that I had my handicapped husband in the car, Sean McCarthy arranged to drive me home personally, as the courtesy transport car was out and would be for several hours. Our problem was turned over to Herb Solomon and we were driven home. A call from Mr. Solomon informed me that the battery was replaced, but he would like the car to be kept overnight in order to do a full electrical check. I agreed. I also informed Mr. Solomon that I needed the car first thing in the morning to take my husband to dialysis, and was told that the courtesy car could come at 8a.m. Unknown to Mr. Solomon, the courtesy driver had several customers to take home and he called me and said it would be 9:30 before he could be at my home. I then tried to arrange for a neighbor to take my husband. However, about 5 minutes later, Mr. Solomon called me and asked if I was ready so that he could come, personally, and pick me up. Of course I agreed. From the time that we purchased our Accord in October 2008 to the present, we have experienced outstanding service and felt that our experience with Mr. McCarthy and Mr. Solomon should be shared. I had a great experience here. This is the second car I bought from Braman Honda. Mr. Stremmer is very courteous and goes out of his way to help you during and after the car purchase. The car did not come bought from Braman Honda. Mr. Stremmer is very courteous and goes out of his way to help you during and after the car purchase. The car did not come with a second key or an owner's manual. Mr. Stremmer arranged to have us reimbursed for a new manual and was able to obtain a second key for us at dealer cost. More

Upon arrival at braman, sabrina gave me a very warm courteous welcome, then wasted no time in getting down to business. She was very direct, and specific with her responses on all the topics I raised, and made me feel that she wasn't going to give me circumlocutory speeches. When we spoke figures, she was very direct and to the point. She wasted no time in introducing James, the sales manager, who also was similarly genuine. When I expressed my desire for a specific color, Sabrina and the team worked with me without at any time complaining that my requests were annoying. I ended up buying from Braman because Sabrina made me feel relaxed and at ease, and this was done even though I could have bought the same car from Pompano Honda where I had last bought a pilot in 2003. We had made a previous appointment with Peter through our son, and Peter received us upon arrival. We appreciated the customer service, including assistance with all paperwork connected with the purchase of a Nissan Murano in good condition. The quality and preparation of the vehicle was impressive, as was the friendliness by all at the dealership. In particular we appreciated the follow-up call by Peter a couple of days after the purchase, which shows an interest in the customer also after the sale had been concluded. All in all our experience with Braman Honda in general and with Peter Madura in particular was very good, and we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of our friends. Julio worked very dilligently with management to get the purchase price down and our trade-in value up so that we could afford this vehicle. Braman was not planning on making this particular Odyssey a certified pre-owned, but they went ahead and certified it because we needed the warranty. All of these things show that they go above and beyond for their customers. A couple weeks after we purchased the minivan, we realized that there was no spare tire. When we asked Julio about this, he told us that they don't usually provide spare tires for vehicles that are already equipped with run-flat tires. He wanted us to feel safe though, so he gave us a spare tire anyway. Braman Honda has wonderful customer service and they will do anything they can to make sure that you get the best vehicle and benefits for you and your individual situation. Since purchasing our Odyssey, I have recommended them to anyone and everyone who will listen! More
