The best part besides me driving off in a NEW CAR with ZERO Down was that there were no games or gimmicks. In August 2003, I purchased a new 2003 Honda Civic LX. My '03 Civic has been serviced at Braman Honda all of these years and works great. This January 29, 2011, I came into the dealership and went directly to the internet sales office. Upon meeting Mr. Louis Licausi, I explained, I wanted to buy a new car so I could give mine to my sister who has poor credit. I had already gotten my own bank to approve financing but came to see if Braman Honda could give me a better deal. I filled out all of the financing paperwork truthfully and waited for a response. Within a half hour I was given the keys to my new car, and shown how all the new features work. I only needed to wait for the finance manager who was attending to other customers. I went in to see Brandon Garland. He financed my new car with zero down payment, at 4.59% for six years. It was indeed a better deal than my own bank had offered. My first payment would be due March 15th. Within two weeks, I received the $200.00 incentive for purchasing my second vehicle from Braman Honda. By the third week, I received the warranty paperwork and service plan just as I'd done when I had purchased the '03 Civic. For anyone looking to buy a car from Braman, buy the service plan. What they fix, stays fixed. The service dept. makes recommendations but does not lie to get you into spending more than you need or can afford. In my life. I know that Murphy's Law is alive and well. Whatever bad that can happen, will happen. I had not yet received a bill and the due date was fast approaching. I called Brandon Garland and left a message. I also left one with Mr. Louis Licausi. It was Saturday, March 12th, I couldn't wait, and came to the dealership. Mr. Garland told me due to a small glitch, he would need to find me another finance company. He asked if I could come in that Monday when the banks would be open. Mr. Garland promised to get me the same deal or a better one. Monday, March 14th, I arrived at 12pm. Mr. Garland knew I wanted to get this uncertainty resolved and told me the time he was due to arrive so I would be the first person he attended. Upon arriving, Mr. Garland exchanged the January 29th financing paperwork for a new purchase and financing date of Monday, March 14, 2011. It took all of fifteen minutes to bring everything to closure. My new finacing was 4.54% for six years, no down payment, and the same purchase price. My new first payment date would be April 13, 2011. I have had this 2011 Civic for close to two and a half months, have yet to make the first payment and am completely happy with the car's performance to date. Mr. Licausi dealt with me frankly and swiftly. Mr. Garland resolved the situation and honored his every word. I whole heartedly recommend the Greenacres Braman Honda to family, friends and strangers alike. For the sedate, honest and direct approach in purchasing a vehicle, I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with the internet sales staff. Mr. Licausi is an honorable man. We had purchased our Accord at another dealer in south Palm Beach but had had it serviced at Braman Honda of Palm Beach and were very impressed with the personnel and service at that time, this led us to your dealership to look at the Pilot. Our salesman at your dealership was Peter Madera and his pleasant personality, positive attitude and extensive knowledge of the Honda Line was the driving force behind deciding on the Pilot. We left that afternoon to think about the transaction, called Pete the next morning to ask if we could look at a different colored Pilot and when we returned he had it ready to go. Out total experience with Pete was great. The next step was the financing, as I have purchased/leased a great number of vehicles I just knew that this was going to take hours to complete. Once Pete introduced us to Mark Baldwin in Finance, to take care of the paperwork, Mark went over the pros and cons of buying versus leasing, all based on our personal situation and vehicle use. Mark showed us how we could save on leasing and even walk away with cash in our pockets. As with Pete, Mark's personality, attitude and knowledge made him a pleasure to deal with and resulted in our completing the lease documentation in much less time than I expected. He was the antithesis of the stereotype car salesman that we have known from the past and that you see on TV. He was knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in. We made our decision and the negotiations and the paper work proceeded in a professional manner. We have been clearing up some loose ends with Julio. Braman Honda is awesome! I sold my old car and was in the market for a new car. I was a cash buyer, so I first called Coral Springs Honda (they were close to me) and they quoted me a great price on the the market for a new car. I was a cash buyer, so I first called Coral Springs Honda (they were close to me) and they quoted me a great price on the car, so I grabbed my checkbook and waited for their driver to come get me. Once I got to Coral Springs Honda, all the numbers started to change. The showed me a print out that said "invoice price" with some number highlighted, and when I asked for a copy of the "actual" invoice (not a print-out) that showed the "sold to" address, etc., they reluctantly brought me the real invoice, which several hundred dollars less than the "invoice" price they printed and highlighted on the original sheet I was given. As I sat at the desk of the salesman, the number fudging continued (e.g., there were dealer installed accessories on the car that normally don't come with it, which, of course, they wanted to charge me for). Frustrated and without a car to get home, I called Braman and spoke with Sabrina. I told her the situation I was in -- that I was a cash buyer looking to write a check for one full amount (including taxes, etc.) and that the Coral Springs Honda people were messing around with the numbers. She called me back within 5 minutes with an even better price than originally quoted by Coral Springs Honda. She then sent a driver from Braman to drive about two hours round-trip to pick me up from Coral Springs Honda (at no cost). I got to Braman and was sold the exact car I wanted at the agreed upon price on the phone. It's also worth mentioning that while waiting for Sabrina to call me back, I phoned a few other Honda dealerships in the region and they all eventually called me back, all with decent prices, but none more competitive than Braman. The following day, my friend's car broke down and he needed to buy another car. He called several different places and couldn't get financing. I told him about Sabrina and Braman, and I suspected they may be able to do something for him despite being turned down everywhere else. As predicted, he too bought the exact same car as I did, and Braman was the only company that would finance him. My visit at Braman Honda was very pleasant. I first inquired over the internet regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. Mitchell Stemmer called me to discuss my interest. I set a time to meet with him and he was available. He explained everything to me about the car and what the price would be. He gave me a price which had very little wiggle room. He took me to drive the car which I enjoyed and upon return to Braman, i said I would get back to him within a day or so. I went back the next day to complete the purchase. Mitchell was busy so he asked Rick Greenlee to help me. I didn't have much time so we got together with rick and the Sales Manager and worked out a price which was satisfactory to me. I believe at that time I signed a purchase agreement and said I would be back the next day to complete everything. I went back the next day and met with Rick. He spent quite a bit of time going through the whole car and made arrangements for me to pick up the car late in the day, which I did. Prior to that I met with Alex, the financial person to make arrangements to finance the car which I did. Alex also, was very patient explaining the entire process and the warranty . I have bought several cars over the years and this by far was the most pleasant experience. Nobody put any pressure on me. Everyone treated me with great respect. I went to Braman Honda of Palm Beach because a friend recommended them and had also purchased vehicles from them previously. I do not have good credit due to a divorce and pending foreclosure so I wasn't recommended them and had also purchased vehicles from them previously. They both cared very much about what my needs were and my circumstances. They worked very hard to get me financed and driving away in my certified used Honda Odysee. I would say the overall experience was great! More
