The experience of leasing the new Honda Civic was excellant because there was no haggling involved in the price. The offer was very fair and did not require negotiating. Like most wives we do not particularly enjoy "negotiating" to buy a new car. However after I received a letter form Honda signed by William Farmer I was the one who urged my husband to go and talk to him. Our lease was up in a few months and it sounded interesting. Initially, when our lease was up I was planning to look at the new Lincoln's as we had one before. However, after talking with Mr. Farmer my husband and I felt we should stay with the Honda Pilot as I had been very happy driving it for the past couple of years. This was the first time I purchased a new vehicle using the American Express car-buying service. When I logged into their program, (4) local dealership names and addresses appeared that participated. Rick Greenlee responded to my inquiry and we shared a few e-mails, back and forth concerning price confirmation, what the Amex price included and did not include, color, model, etc. I set up an appointment with him and visited the dealership. Rick is an awesome member of the Braman Sales Team. It was a pleasure working with him. I received everything that was quoted and promised to me, and more! I wasn't happy with the vehicle that I was initially interested in due to color changes in the new model year. Rick advised he would be able to get me whatever I wanted, in or out of stock. I ended up getting a vehicle that was in stock. We completed the paperwork and I worked with Alfonso Murcia, as well. Again, Alfonso was a perfect gentleman. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Both Rick and Alfonso completed the sales transaction without any hassles or pressure. It was an excellent experience. I got the car I wanted at the finance percentage I wanted without any un-necessary haggling and pressure. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Rick and Alfonso. More

He was extremely professional, did not waste a minute of my time, listened to exactly what I needed and produced it asap. He called when he said he would and delivered what he promised. I am writing in reference to my recent visit to Braman Honda West Palm Beach. I have been a loyal customer to the dealership since 2006 purchasing a total of 3 vehicles. I have continuously returned to th Honda West Palm Beach. I have been a loyal customer to the dealership since 2006 purchasing a total of 3 vehicles. I have continuously returned to the dealership for any and all of my vehicle needs including purchase, service, and reccomendations. In February 2011, of course, I was interested in recieving more information so I pursued an appointment and visited the dealership Monday, March 28 at around 6:00 PM with Sam Pola. First and foremost, I was misinformed and quite frankly, taken advantage of. After expressing an interest in the promotion, I told the financer that I would like to think about making my purchase. I asked him if I may have one full day to discuss with my family and Mark responded by telling me that the deal closed at the end of the day; that I had to make my decision today. Of course, as I later found out, this was very untrue. After being forced to finalize the deal uncomfortably, I was informed that I had 14 days to return the car and/or change the warranty. Again, this was information I recieved by Mark. On Tuesday I called numerous times, leaving a number of voicemails with no return. I was not satisfied with the Honda Accord SE for it was far too big of a vehicle and I was not cocmfortable with the purchase. After hours of waiting for a response, I recieved a phone call from Mark and was told that I cannot return the vehicle for the "deal is closed." Finally Wednesday, I visited the dealership and spoke to Pedro, one of the sales managers. He informed me that "they will do what they can to make me happy" on Thursday. Thursday, I visited the dealership at 8:30 AM expecting Pedro at 9:00 AM only to be informed that Pedro would not be in until 10:00 AM. I waited at the dealership for an hour and a half waiting, missing my entire work day. Finally once Pedro arrived, he told me that he spoke with Corporate and they informed him that I would have to swap the Honda Accord SE for a vehicle of equal or MORE value. For the third time, I was misled by Honda's team. I was forced to look at other cars, via computer. Pedro, Mark, nor Sam offered to physically take me on your lot to view different options. He informed me that the only options I had were three difference Honda Civics, EX-L class. At this point I was extremely uncomfortable for I was in Sam's office with him and Pedro hoping to find a suitable solution only to be forced into another undesireable vehicle. At this point I am still with a vehicle that I totally and completely do not like. I am stuck with this vehicle for 84 months not by choice but by force and manipulation. I have been a valuable customer to Braman Honda and for this reason, I feel that I should have bedn treated with more respect and honesty. I have spoken with the owners paralegal by the name of Vanessa Frankel and she stated that there is no law in the state of Florida that requires them to take back a car. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and giving Braman a 1 because they were dishonest and misleading. More
Everyone at this dealership was wonderful very attenitive but without pressure.Explained everything about the differences in the cars we were interested in.
