I looked at about 5 dealerships before calling and visiting Sabrina at Braman Honda. I leased a new Accord from them ( my first time ever doing that) and I could not have been more relaxed and comfor visiting Sabrina at Braman Honda. I will only deal with them from now on and probably be a Honda customer forever. The whole staff was so accommodating and so friendly. I felt like I made friends there. I am beyond thrilled with my car and pinch myself every time I get in it! Even The financial advisor I met with that day was lovely. While needing to purchase a car, I dealt with three local Honda Dealers. Braman Honda and Julio Sanchez imparticular were the most professional. Other salesmen at other dealerships lured me to their lot only to feign surprise that they did not have what I wanted. Although I had spoken to another salesman at Braman a few weeks before, I was most greatful to be referred to Julio because I was there to do business and the other salesman seemed to talk and walk in a very slow manner and was not suited for me at all. Gosh, Julio even drove me to the bank so that I could get payment for the car. He got the paperwork done in time to meet the 3:00 p.m. bank closing, I was very pleased that he was able to accomplish this. He is also very knowledgeable of the car and was able to get my phone synced and to explain the features I was most interested in. There is so much to know about the car and I was in such a hurry that I did not take the time to learn everything but I am not worred because Julio said I could come back anytime and he will show me more. I am a very happy customer. More

Our shopping experience with John was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. He was always available to us through the process. Paulo and Casey were very helpful through the long arduous process of selecting a new car.
