I met Jim Monaco of Braman Honda of Palm Beach after filling out an on line inquiry about a 2012 Honda CRV for my elderly parents. Being a new model year, the availability was limited for the exact car filling out an on line inquiry about a 2012 Honda CRV for my elderly parents. Being a new model year, the availability was limited for the exact car we were looking for. All the South Florida dealers were waiting on inventory and I figured that this would give me some time to haggle for the best deal. During that time, I was able to meet with several dealers that promised me the world to get me to get me in the door only to be told that they didn't have the car. Waiting in a dealership with a crying newborn while they went on a wild goose chase for a car that didn't exist was extremely irritating. Throughout the entire time, (almost a month) Mr. Monaco called me every couple of days assuring me that he would be the first to contact me when our car became available at the factory. I have yet to hear back from some of the other dealerships. He also assured me that the very competetive out-the-door price would hold true at the time of signing with no last minute surprises. Well, he came through on his word. He was the first to call when the car became available and the signing went efforlessly. My parents were very pleased. After getting the car home we realized that the aftermarket leather that we had ordered for it had a small unstiching. I mentioned it to him on his courtesy call that he made a couple of days after our purchase. He got right on it and withing a couple of days he had someone come down to Hialeah with an entire leather panel for the seat and they replaced it in my parent's drive way. All I can say is that it was well worth the 70 mile drive to purchase this vehicle from Braman Honda of Palm Beach but most importantly from Jim Monaco. My parents love car. We will be buyinh another CRV and we will buy it from Jim Monaco. Thanks again. More
