I was there for 6 hours after being told it would only take a couple of hours. Sales rep was not friendly, barely took time to speak to us. I worked with Mike to purchase my beautiful gold 07 CR V. I came to Braman with a tight budget, but had my heart set on only one vehicle there. Mike really worked hard to make it possible to drive home in the CRV even though it was a reach for me. Him and the rest of the team were easy to work with, answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I was satisfied by the time I was done doing business with Braman. Being a new resident to Florida, he made the process of purchasing a vehicle incredibly smooth. Mike made it happen and I am so grateful for that. Both the dealership and the Sales Representative were excellent. Lou LiCausi has followed up with me as to my satisfaction with everything. It amounts to several hundred dollars and there is no excuse for the delay. If I was one day late with a payment, they would be sure to charge a late fee. I would appreciate any help. More
