when i purchased the vehicle, the salesman, Julio Sanchez told me that the model i have has CD memory. I did not want to burden the dealership by returning to them to ask them how to program this feature. h told me that the model i have has CD memory. I did not want to burden the dealership by returning to them to ask them how to program this feature. however, when i realized i was not able to program the CD's, i returned to the dealership only to find out that my model does not have this capability. I was very disapointed because i had traded in a Nissan Maxima which had a 6 CD changer and a Bose Stereo. I feel i have made too much of a sacfrice as far as features in purchasing the Accord. Had i been given the correct information, i could have decided to purchase the model which contained this feature. upon my return to the dealership, i was notified that i would have to trade in my vehicle for the better model and pay about $5500.00. Of course, that is not an option since i could have paid approximately 2000.00 more from the beginning. i am very disappointed as i have been made responsible for someone else's error. i am "stuck" for the next few years with a vehicle that does not meet my expectations. i would not recommend this dealership to another person, as this is the 2nd time i have had a bad experience with this dealership. years ago when i was looking for a vehicle, the salesman told me if i did not take the model he showed me i could not have a vehicle. the nerve of him! his insulting words made me purchase the Maxima. My husband was laid off several years ago and was out of work for well over a year. We had to relocate to find jobs 2 years ago. During his layoff our credit was very negatively affected. Through all these years we have been a one car family. We have 2 kids in school and extracurricular activities. The 2001 Honda CR-V that we purchased from Braman Honda in 2005 was the most dependable car that we had ever owned. We were so lucky to be owners of a certified used Honda during this very stressful time in our life. This year, at 12 years old, our sweet little CR-V was starting to show its age. We knew that we needed a newer car and that we wanted to purchase a certified used Honda. We also knew that our credit was still very poor as we continue to recover from the layoff. We filled out the financing application online and contacted Martin Suarez at the dealership. We were very up front about our credit issues and very apprehensive trying to purchase a car. Martin was extremely professional. He worked closely with a financing team member to ensure our ability to get credit before we even got to the dealership. At the dealership Martin and the finance team member, Brandon, listened closely to our budget and credit concerns and were able to find the perfect car for us. We are the proud owners of a 2009 certified used Honda Civic. The stress involved with owning an older vehicle has been lifted. We would like to thank both Martin and Brandon for their hard work. It is nice to know that the employees of Braman Honda are working hard to help families like mine recover. More

Last Nov. 21, 2012, me and my friends went out shopping for a brand new car at Braman Honda. We met Mr. Lindon Williams. Very accommodating and very friendly. He assisted us with every car detail that we need to know, with the test drive etc. until finally, I found myself trading in my old car without any difficulty for the brand new CRV 2013. I wanted to let the management know that he is a great, excellent, highly recommendable Sales Representative that I would recommend to anyone who needs to get any kind of car. Also, I would like to let you know about Mr. Jose Jimenez who arranged for my car Insurance needs. He really took time to find a good insurance deal for me to save money. He was very systematic and very patient with our questions and explained everything clearly about anything that we need to know regarding Insurance needs. We found exactly the car we were looking for. The price given to us was competitive. It helps to have done our homework. The Sales Rep Martin was very friendly and cooperative. Sales lied to us. He sent me an email detailing the vehicle I was interested in as being "Certified Preowned", but when I arrived to look at it, there was an additional $695 cost to register the car fo vehicle I was interested in as being "Certified Preowned", but when I arrived to look at it, there was an additional $695 cost to register the car for the Certified Preowned warranty. We negotiated, but it still cost me more than it should have. In the end, they only gave me ONE key for the car! I'd avoid them if possible. More
Laurent worked hard to go over the features of the car with us. He spent a lot of time trying to sync our cell phone to the car's blue tooth, but eventually determined our phone was not supported. Likewise we spent a lot of time trying to get the compass to display. Eventually we had to go to the service department to determine why the compass wouldn't display. They couldn't figure it out either. It may be that the compass is no longer a feature on the Ex L v6. But no one at the dealership could tell us that. More
