This was the easiest car I ever bought. I stopped by on my way to a Kia dealer, the Accord was my first choice, but I did not think I could make the numbers work on an Accord. But I wanted to look to reass my way to a Kia dealer, the Accord was my first choice, but I did not think I could make the numbers work on an Accord. But I wanted to look to reassure myself. Laurent came up and I told him I wanted an Accord but I knew he could not sell me the car for what I wanted to spend. He asked that I give a chance, we test drove the car and he went over all the options and warranties, we came back and he presented me with a purchase price, that was very close to where I wanted to be, I countered, getting me where I needed to be, and they accepted, it was that easy, I was shocked less than one hour from the time I got there. I have spent hours at other dealers going back and forth. The paper work was just as fast and hassle free. Before we left Laurent set up the memory on the seat adjustments, the phone settings, radio, clock, he made sure we understood how everything worked. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was okay. I have had the car a month now and could not be happier with the car and the whole experenice, I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. Customer satifaction is very much a priority for them.
