Julio worked very dilligently with management to get the purchase price down and our trade-in value up so that we could afford this vehicle. Braman was not planning on making this particular Odyssey a certified pre-owned, but they went ahead and certified it because we needed the warranty. All of these things show that they go above and beyond for their customers. A couple weeks after we purchased the minivan, we realized that there was no spare tire. When we asked Julio about this, he told us that they don't usually provide spare tires for vehicles that are already equipped with run-flat tires. He wanted us to feel safe though, so he gave us a spare tire anyway. Braman Honda has wonderful customer service and they will do anything they can to make sure that you get the best vehicle and benefits for you and your individual situation. Since purchasing our Odyssey, I have recommended them to anyone and everyone who will listen! More

In my hunt for a new car I just thought I would stop in at Honda. I had not been pleased with the local Hyuandai and Kia dealers so I thought I would give this a try. Being a former Saturn customer I didn't want to deal with all the back and forth that normally goes with the purchase of a new car. Mitch was so nice, never pushed me to do anything. He showed me what I wanted to see and located a car in the color I wanted for me. Price was negotiated within a matter of minutes. When picking up my car, Alex was the best. It's the first time for me that dealing with a finance person was actually fun. Also, the best part was that the price quoted was the price I paid, no one tried to add on extra fees for anything. I'll be back in 30 months to get my next car when my lease is up. I would recommend Mitch and Alex to everyone I know. More

I needed to buy a car for my daughter, and went to Ed Morse Honda first because it was closer to my house. The sales manager was rude to me and I left without buying a car. He was very pleasant and professional, and we finalized the deal over a couple quick phone calls. I came in later that afternoon to sign the paperwork and pay for the car. Overall, it was a very good experience, and Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. When we came to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time with my daughter explaining how everything works and was extremely patient, nice and helpful. He's exactly the kind of employee I'd want working for me - he really makes your dealership look great. We'll be back next time we need a car. More
