He was personable, knowledgeable, and every question or concern I had was addressed and answered. I can say this is the first time in many years I left the dealership content with my decision and the salesperson who assisted me. It was a pleasant experience and this was due to Sam. Sam had me speak with Alex regarding my financing. I appreciate Sam giving me someone who he knew I would have a rapport with. Speaking with Alex was like speaking with a long time friend. He answered all my questions and concerns. He made it a pleasant experience. His professionalism and making the customer feel comfortable with their financial decision was awesome. These two people are the reason why I will continue dealing with Braman Honda. I have another Honda dealership right down the street but I won't hesitate to drive further because I know if I have any problems I have two people who will gladly assist me. I needed a car, my friend recommended to go see Jim Monaco, we stopped by on Sunday. Jim asked a few questions regarding my budget and what I was looking for; he was very knowledgeable and knew exactl Monaco, we stopped by on Sunday. We filled out the application, went to the finance department, and got a quote for a new insurance company that ended up saving me money. The people I dealt with were very nice, helpful and in my believe, offered me the best options.
