I received a phone call and gave the lady my information who passed it along and gave me the name of a salesman Samual Pola. We called him and set up an appointment. We explained to him over the phone our objective, which was to turn in our lease early and save money on our monthly payment and while switching from an Accord to a CRV. We came in a we were able to accomplish this and left with a new CRV. He was prepared, straight forward and I never felt pressured in anyway. A tactic that does not work very well with me. This is our 4th purchase from Braman Honda and would have no reason to look anyway else. We love our Honda's! More

We bought a 2011 Odyssey in September, 2011. We bought a 2003 in that year. Subsequent to purchasing the 2003, I had an experience on the sales floor that turned me off to Braman, vowing to never buy anoth 2003 in that year. Subsequent to purchasing the 2003, I had an experience on the sales floor that turned me off to Braman, vowing to never buy another car there. I went to the dealership in September of this year because it is close to my home. I went there only to see the new Odyssey. It was my intention to then go to another dealer to purchase the car. However, I was fortunate to meet Paulo Rossi. After a few minutes with him, I changed my mind about Braman. I took my wife in to look at the Odyssey inventory and drive a car. My wife is very hard to sell. Over the years she has developed a fear in care salesmen. She has 4 on medication, 3 are getting counseling and one committed suicide. But Carlo hung in there, showing a propensity to present his product well and demonstrating patience by answering my wife's repeated questions. It was a pleasure to work with him and I won't hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Dee Alvarez handled all the paper work at closing and he was also a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and took a personal interest in our purchase. He had an outstanding high school principal who prepared him well for his job. More
Sabrina was very helpful until it got to the actual paperwork part. I guess she had other customers waiting on her, but I ended up spending over 3 hours from getting to my appointment to trade in my ol paperwork part. D was amazing and incredibly nice through the paperwork process and made everything as painless as possible. I don't know the name of the person who took care of the insurance part, but he was extremely cold and inattentive. When he heard that I already had insurance, he said that he sold insurance at this dealership and that I couldn't leave until I got it figured out. I sat quietly while he flipped through things on his computer while I got it taken care of.Left a bad taste in my mouth, but Sabrina's positive attitude helping me into my new car made it all better. More

Brought my 05 Honda Accord in for a recall. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they told me it needed roughly $1600 in repair in addition to the recall. We spent the time browsing for a substitute vehi inspection of the vehicle, they told me it needed roughly $1600 in repair in addition to the recall. We spent the time browsing for a substitute vehicle. We sought out Lindon (sales associate) whom we have leased another car from earlier in the year. He was patient, and knew his inventory well. After several test drives of several vehicles, we chose one we liked. Upon getting the old car evaluated for trade-in, they informed me that there was an "inconsistency" in the odometer reading. It had 14,000 more miles on it than the paperwork read (this car was purchased used from Braman). If I were to adjust the odometer, it certainly wouldn't be higher mileage, so it was probably a clerical error. At any rate, that effected the car's trade-in value, so the manager increased his trade-in offer and they came down on the price of the new vehicle. I don't know if I got a good deal or not, but we like the new car and we didn't have to make the repairs on the old one. Dee Alvarez,(financial) was friendly and not pushy. However, when I got home I realized I didn't have the registration in my packet of papers. I called him and he said that he saw that I didn't put the registration in the envelope and that he didn't know what happened to them. So I had to make a return trip to the dealership to get the registration. When they detailed the car, they left alot of glue on the paint from the protective sheets, so Lindon had it redone when I came back. Overall, Lindon was great and I would seek him out again if I go back to Braman. More
