The overall experience was great. I had met Paulo a few weeks before and told him what type of preowned car my wife Cindy was interested in. Because of the holiday season we were unable to come to the deal weeks before and told him what type of preowned car my wife Cindy was interested in. He showed us very nice preowned Accords and my wife fell in love. We received and fair trade and a good price on our "new" 2010 Accord. This was my first time ever leasing a new vehicle and being that I was a recent college graduate they really made it as ea better than ever expected! They understood the circumstance that I was in as a graduate and did the best they could to fulfill my needs. I received tinted windows on the house to seal the deal and it really makes the car look amazing! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and outgoing! They made me feel very welcome and they were very inviting! They let me know that I could call them at anytime of the day and “certain” hours of the night :) and they would be more than willing to help me! I went in one night to look for a new car and since it was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). Went back the next day with my trade and the sales rep and f was near closing time, I looked and test drove a couple of possibilities (new and used). I was impressed by the friendliness, knowledgeability, and consideration of Ali Chamas. He was prompt when we had appointments and courteous at all times. My disillusionment came with my realization, when I felt well enough after my accident to look over the massive amounts of paperwork that I had. By signing papers, I had raised the price of the transaction to nearly new car status. For example, I do not see why I should need two policies that provide the same services that my primary insurance company does - towing, etc. I feel as though I should fault myself for not being able to pay close enough attention to what was going on in the actual paperwork. Somehow the cost of some of the services was lost in the mountain of paperwork before me. I am presently trying to reconcile papers and duplications of services, and I am very confused. That is not a pleasant experience. I had decided to purchase a used car because I felt I could better afford that than a new Honda, as I had done in the past. Any extra cost in these difficult times is onerous. I feel that I have not accomplished my goal. More

As a matter of fact, my son bought a car a few days after I did. Every employee was helpful from the sales person, to the finance person to the insurance person. I don't have their names at the moment. I love my CRV and look forward to many happy miles as I continue my journey of helping children and families in Palm Beach County. More
