When I got to the dealership and met with Frances, she was very knowlegable about the vehicle I saw on line. She had the car ready for me when I got there and even showed me options if I wasn't intereste was very knowlegable about the vehicle I saw on line. I never once felt any pressure to buy nor do I have any regret of my purchase. There were some issues with the vehicle paint and between Frances and Jose, the manager, they took care of it very quickly. I was very impressed how they worked together as a team to make sure I was satisfied. At that point I felt very confident that I had made the right choice going to Braman. The quality of work the body department did was fantastic. Frances personally made sure all of the work was done to my satisfaction and even got the key and alarm people for me so I could get extra key and alarm pad for the car. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and everything was to my liking before I left the dealership. I even recieved a follow up call from Frances to see how everything was going and i felt as if she really cared about my satisfaction and not just being a number to be sold a car to. With the friendliness of the staff and the outstanding customer service I am definetely going to remain a customer at Braman for future purchases. More

This is the third car I've purchased from Bramen Honda and I couldn't be happier. Pete delivered the last to cars to my house so I never had to step foot in the dealership. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought plenty of cars. I bought a 2010 Genesis with a full 60,000 5 year warranty from Hyundia why would I ever want double coverage at a and I have bought plenty of cars. I bought a 2010 Genesis with a full 60,000 5 year warranty from Hyundia why would I ever want double coverage at a cost of #6000.00 plus finance charges!!!! The contract was written up by Om Parahash he tried to to write in the gold plan with out notifying me of the extra cost of over $6000.00 plus when i tried to cancel it took 4 WEEKS to get him to remove it. He's a piece of work this guy!!!! When I bought the car and was ready to leave I expected to get 2 keys. Isn't that normal? The salesman Mark told me he only had one key I told him if I had known that I would have not done the deal . This key cost me an extra $550.00 I had to order from dealer and have it set up . It is a special key I had no idea of the cost or I would have cancelled the deal. Plus when I arrived home (I live 170 miles from this dealer) They had the car washed while I waited before we left and when i got home noticed the back mats where missing I called Mark Johnson sales rep to ask him to find them I never heard back from him again. I finally called the General Manager Mike Fitzgerald not once but twice I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM IN OVER A MONTH, so you know why these people don't care if the GM doesn't why should they. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I have all kinds of relatives in that area and I have told them all DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!
