This was the easiest car I ever bought. I stopped by on my way to a Kia dealer, the Accord was my first choice, but I did not think I could make the numbers work on an Accord. But I wanted to look to reass my way to a Kia dealer, the Accord was my first choice, but I did not think I could make the numbers work on an Accord. But I wanted to look to reassure myself. Laurent came up and I told him I wanted an Accord but I knew he could not sell me the car for what I wanted to spend. He asked that I give a chance, we test drove the car and he went over all the options and warranties, we came back and he presented me with a purchase price, that was very close to where I wanted to be, I countered, getting me where I needed to be, and they accepted, it was that easy, I was shocked less than one hour from the time I got there. I have spent hours at other dealers going back and forth. The paper work was just as fast and hassle free. Before we left Laurent set up the memory on the seat adjustments, the phone settings, radio, clock, he made sure we understood how everything worked. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was okay. I have had the car a month now and could not be happier with the car and the whole experenice, I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. Customer satifaction is very much a priority for them. when i purchased the vehicle, the salesman, Julio Sanchez told me that the model i have has CD memory. I did not want to burden the dealership by returning to them to ask them how to program this feature. h told me that the model i have has CD memory. I did not want to burden the dealership by returning to them to ask them how to program this feature. however, when i realized i was not able to program the CD's, i returned to the dealership only to find out that my model does not have this capability. I was very disapointed because i had traded in a Nissan Maxima which had a 6 CD changer and a Bose Stereo. I feel i have made too much of a sacfrice as far as features in purchasing the Accord. Had i been given the correct information, i could have decided to purchase the model which contained this feature. upon my return to the dealership, i was notified that i would have to trade in my vehicle for the better model and pay about $5500.00. Of course, that is not an option since i could have paid approximately 2000.00 more from the beginning. i am very disappointed as i have been made responsible for someone else's error. i am "stuck" for the next few years with a vehicle that does not meet my expectations. i would not recommend this dealership to another person, as this is the 2nd time i have had a bad experience with this dealership. years ago when i was looking for a vehicle, the salesman told me if i did not take the model he showed me i could not have a vehicle. the nerve of him! his insulting words made me purchase the Maxima. More
