Omar helped me find exactly the car I was looking for. He wasn't offended when I asked questions, specifically about the internet price and Kelly Blue/Black book values & actually pulled up the info so I could compare & make a decision on the spot. D. Alvarez took his time and worked hard with me to get the interest rate and terms where I wanted to be. He was professional & personable. I was buying a car without my husband present and I felt comfortable with D. He was honest & thorough in his explanation of the financing and fees. I referred a friend today which reminded me that I wanted to complete the survey & write to give both men the recognition they deserve for representing Braman Honda & giving me a buying experience that I can recommend. By the way, I emailed Omar and another salesman from a different dealership within minutes of each other. Omar go back with me right away & made an appointment. The other salesman was given a particular car I had found online and said he would get my information to the financing department. By the time he actually called me back, I had already finalized the sale with Omar and had the car in my possession. As a former retail business owner, I know that when a customer is ready to buy, your staff has to be ready to follow through promptly and provide immediate sales support. The decision was mine and based on the economics and safety considerations for an imminent trip, I elected to trade the 2005 for a 2012 It was a good decision and I am quite happy with the new vehicle. ONe minor dent was noted on delivery and I have been assured that it will be repaired when I return to Florida. More
