I lost 2 cars in a flood and I was able to secure great deals on 2 brand new Hondas at Braman. Express Service Adviser Denise Van Rhyn was very sympathetic to my situation when I brought in my 2012 vehicl deals on 2 brand new Hondas at Braman. Express Service Adviser Denise Van Rhyn was very sympathetic to my situation when I brought in my 2012 vehicles which were both declared as "total loses" by the insurance adjuster. Denise asked me all the right questions and gave me sound advice on my situation. She also gave me the name of Internet Sales Consultant Sam Pola. Sam was perfect for me to work with because I love to do everything on the Internet and through text and emails. Sam made the process of purchasing a new truck and leasing a new CRV very convenient for me by working on all the details of both deals through digital means. I know that I requested more from Mr. Pola than he was probably used to in way of price, options and details concerning the deal. Mr. Pola never blinked and provided me with all materials that I needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchases. By the time I came in to close the deal, all that was left was to sign the paperwork. That too was also made as seamless and fluid as possible when working with Billy Ead and Alfonso Murcia. They had everything printed and ready with every detail correct. All the paperwork was handed to my wife and I with zero pressure, they explained all the important details and answered any questions we had. I truly can't imagine the deal I got getting any better or handled with more professionalism than what I received from the Braman Honda staff. More

I haven't received a call back from Mike Rodriguez the GM after I left 2 messages and now three days. It is taking them 25 days for my refund check. Maybe someone will return my call since Carlos Gonzalez and Richie cant resolve this and send my check. Huge disappointment and clearly no care for the customer after the purchase. More

Our salesman, Terry Sims, was a gentleman and very nice to work with; we have no issues with him. The rest of our experience with Braman Honda of Palm Beach was not good, as they did not live up to a numbe to work with; we have no issues with him. The rest of our experience with Braman Honda of Palm Beach was not good, as they did not live up to a number of specifics that they DID agree to in several email correspondences with them. History: After we purchased the vehicle and returned home with it, we noticed some differences between the agreed-to specifics listed in emails, and the itemized agreement we signed at the dealership. We then contacted the General Manager of the dealership, (Mike Rodriguez) several times via email, in an attempt to get an explanation regarding what we were SPECIFICALLY concerned about. After our initial email request, (and we assume in response to our email request), the dealership left a couple of phone messages, at our home, asking us to return their calls. We decided not to take that route since we did not want to have a debate on the subject; the only thing we were asking for was a brief explanation. In the end, all we got was, (what we consider), a general statement that DID NOT address the things we were specifically asking about. Summation: We are happy with the vehicle we purchased, but not with the dealerships' disregard of the terms of the sale that was clearly stated in their correspondence with us. I made an appointment for $39.99 OIL CHANGE. He told me that I need the tire rotation and would be around $70.00 so I agreed Simple oil change cost me $171.00. I don't know anything about cars. After 1.5 hours my car was in shop he come out and told me that my car needs an air filter. I don't know anything about any filters so I thought it was included in my oil change. I thought another $20.00 maybe. My mistake was I didn't ask any detail about the filter or price. Being professional HE SHOULD OF EXPLAINED ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST ME.So after sitting there for 2.5 hours he come and gave me the bill for $171.00. Am not really happy about this. Very unsatisfied. What would of happened if I didn't t had the money, or credit card??? More
