Rude and condescending salesman and manager I purchased a used car from Braman Honda several weeks ago. A week later it wouldn't start and I had to bring it back to them to have the battery replaced. When I got the car it was infested with ants. Fine, things happen, they said they would take care of it and give me a loaner if I brought the car in on Thursday. I arrived Thursday morning and was told Michael wasn't in so I couldn't get a loaner. The manager, Julio, was extremely rude. I told him I was frustrated that I got the car 3 weeks ago and already had to bring it back twice. His response was "sorry you feel that way". He told me I had to either sit and wait for Michael to eventually show up or let Michael bring me a car wherever I was. He said "is that ok or not!?!?" I left to go to work and waited for Michael to call me to tell me he was coming. 3 and a half hours later Michael called to say he was on his way. An hour and a half later he still hadn't gotten there so I called him and he very nastily said "I have a customer, I will come when I'm done!" Half an hour later he showed up and began to berate me at my workplace for being upset. He told me he was doing me a favor by fixing my car, I needed to not be so upset and get over it, and it was my fault that I showed up and he wasn't there because he can't sit around waiting for me to come. Every time I tried to say something he cut me off and was extremely condescending. When I asked when my car will be done he said "sometime tomorrow", he doesn't know and he would call me. I finally disengaged and walked away, all while he was still berating me. The next day at 4:30 I still hadn't heard from him so I called to check on it. When I got there he wordlessly got my car for me and walked away. Extremely unhappy with how I have been treated and will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

A DETERMINED BUYER, AND AN ASTUTE SALESPERSON. I knew what I wanted the moment I walked onto the Braman showroom. Mr. Gay greeted me as I entered. After initial small talk I told him in simple I knew what I wanted the moment I walked onto the Braman showroom. Mr. Gay greeted me as I entered. After initial small talk I told him in simple terms what i wanted to buy and the price I was willing to pay. He took that information want to his superiors and came back with a price I did not accept. I was prepared to leave the showroom, but after some further discussion, he went back to his up line, came back with a price I was satisfied with. I only insisted on a color that was not in stock, but they found such a car somewhere and was delivered to me shortly there after . It seemed that Mr. Gay worked with great effort to please me and make the sale. More

Mike Brown is exeptional, period. In 2011, my wife and I were looking to get into a new vehicle and explored the possibility of leasing a CRV. We did some online research and test dro In 2011, my wife and I were looking to get into a new vehicle and explored the possibility of leasing a CRV. We did some online research and test drove a couple models before deciding we wanted the EX-L package. We went down to Braman Honda to do see if we could work something out. Long story short, the sales associate we originally dealt with completely misled us regarding the price out of pocket, and did so at 11 p.m. on a work night after we had been at the dealership for hours. We walked out of the dealership and placed our search for a new vehicle on hold. Later that year, my wife and I returned to Braman to again see about leasing a CRV. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Mike Brown. He was very professional, friendly, attentive and did not pressure us to close a deal. We ended up leasing a 2011 CRV from him and loved it. Over the course of our lease, Mike periodically called just to see how we liked the car and make sure we were not having any issues. My wife and I recently had our first child and, feeling the need for a larger vehicle, contacted Mike Brown regarding current options for us to trade our lease in early and get into a larger vehicle. Again, Mike Brown responded to our inquiry quickly and provided us with a great option for us to trade our lease in early without getting slammed with penalties or having to pay out the remainder of our lease. Because it was late on a Friday night, Mike suggested that we take a Honda Pilot overnight to see how we liked it and return the following day to finalize a deal, should we decide to move forward. No strings attached. We were not pressured to come close the deal ASAP or subjected to the stereotypical car sales tactics. We ended up returning the next morning and signing the contract for the 2014 Honda Pilot. Mike made the transaction as painless as I can imagine and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. We have had the car for a couple of days now and Mike has already been in touch just to see how things are going and see if there is anything he could do to make our experience even more enjoyable. The moral to this review is, there are many car sales associates that could learn a lot from Mike Brown. As long as I continue to lease or purchase Honda vehicles, I will exclusively use Mike Brown as my sales associate. I could not imagine better service. Justin Jupiter, Florida More

This is a typical car dealership with typical "sleazy" car sales tactics. They lure you in with promises and the "lowest" price which excludes "mandatory" dealer addons. You talk to the your sales guy then they have to talk to the manager manager. They throw their entire carefully orchestrated tactics at you. When you finally get to a price and sign you have to get through the finance guy. As all dealerships, he's the worst. It takes hours and hours and they wear you down with confusion; they move numbers around to squeeze every last drop of money they can out of you. *sigh* Maybe next time I'll hire a car buying concierge. It'll be money well spent. More
Typical car salesman So I called him beforehand so he could check out my credit and see my trade in value. He said no problem, that he could get us into a new car with the same payment as my current. I wasn't expecting new but whatever. I was driving from Orlando and he knew this. When I got there, he told me about a perfect car for me. A smaller and more basic car (not even a Honda). Started telling me that with my credit and my upside down loan that I would have to pay more. I reminded him that he knew my credit beforehand, and how much was owed on my loan vs. the value of the car. He made me drive 3 hrs KNOWING I wouldn't qualify with what we spoke about on the phone, typical car salesman.. All he was interested in was when I could go to see him at the dealership. Never again! Oh and FYI.. My mother will be trading her 12' CRV for a new one, and she was interested in my deal with you to see if she would benefit in a deal for her trade in. Guess what? You lost myself and my very retired, cash buying mother. I'll make sure to document my poor experience with you in detail and document the better experience ill have at Classic Honda, I'll take pictures too and mail it to uou, of both trade ins (my mothers and mine.) Next time you trick someone into driving to your dealership KNOWING you can't help them, think twice. Train your sales people, your typical sales tactics don't work! More
