The service at this dealership was perfect! Better than expected. I arrived to check around prices and got the car right on the spot, just because of the extremely nice attention I got. The friendly treatment that I received was impeccable! Even though I live in Miami, I was told that this dealer was very nice, and I went to check it out for myself. I will recommend from now on this dealership, and as far as the distance that I will have to drive, it will not be a problem at all! Gladly I will drive it again. It will be a pleasure to do the trip again just to have the opportunity of dealing with them again. I actually felt like there were friends and not sales persons, who took care of me. Over all, my visit was very satisfactory, I should say it was a delight. My experience with this dealership was extremely nice and very enjoyable. I went into the dealership after having done some searching on the internet. I did my homework and knew which vehicle and what the lowest advertised price was. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the available inventory and let me know if I wanted something other than what was on the lot that he could do that also. Adil came across as sincere, no hard sell tactics like the typical "car salesman". That was really refreshing. I finally came to a decision. When talking to him I did inform him that I had done some research and would they match the offer that I had found which was less than the standard lease offering. He said usually that is no problem. He checked with the internet sales manager (sorry can't remember name), they printed a copy of the advertisement and stated he would honor the deal. I had just had my car T boned and it was in the process of being totaled so I explained my situation that I had to wait until final decision by my insurance company. I figured it would take about 5 days. It actually ended up being several weeks. Adil did stay in contact multiple times during that period and when I was ready to sign the deal, everything went as promised. That is really a statement. When dealing with car dealerships, my experience is that it almost NEVER goes as promised. The only disappointment was that the original vehicle in white was no longer available and no white ones were available in the whole state. I did my car search online on several Honda Dealerships. I went to a near by dealership to see the car in person, and test drive, check the interior, and the features that would come with the Honda EX-L. Once I did the test drive I knew right away that I wanted the Honda Accord EX-L 2013. I've always bought new cars that are Hondas not certified pre-owned. I was really excited about the purchase. I did the check of the engine, the interior, and the wheels. I should have looked closer at the alloy rims and the hood of the car. When I got the car home and washed it myself I saw the flaws of water marks on the hood and the damages on the alloy rims. This is why I always purchase new, but the price of the new car was not coming down to what I could afford. The need for a car was urgent, and I thought this will be a new experience in purchasing a pre-own. I will have to pay to buff-out the water marks but I cannot do anything about the rims at this time due to lack of funds. So eventhough Lou LiCausi was really great and very helpful I know I would not purchase a pre-owned again. More

While I would never consider a car buying experience to be a pleasure, I think Braman makes it as close as humanly possible. The car we needed was out front waiting for me, and all my pricing requests were honored as well as rolling over our barely-used service plan and extended warranty on our previous odyssey. Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with and tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Wouldn't buy a honda from anyone else! More
