My experience with the financing department was a complete nightmare! After being approved for my leased vehicle, I never received any paperwork in the mail from the financing company when the first complete nightmare! After being approved for my leased vehicle, I never received any paperwork in the mail from the financing company when the first payment was due. I've had leased and financed cars in the past and have always gotten paperwork in the mail within 2-3 weeks of purchase from the bank. I was concerned because I did not want my payment to be late, so I contacted Braman. I was forwarded to D. Alvarez who was abrupt and offered no explanantion except to say the paperwork should be arriving any day, which it didn't. I contacted him again and all he offered was to take my cc info over the phone for the payment. This alarmed me because I had never encountered such a practice. Banks want there money when you purchase or lease and immediately contact you to let you know they're handling your account. I was weary about just giving my cc over the phone without an explanation as to what was going on, so I went to the dealership. I met with Mr. Jhon Vrona who brought me to his office and informed me my paperwork had not been processed in a timely manner which is why I hadn't received anything from Honda Financial. Ironically, it was sent for processing after my call to D. Alvarez that I hadn't received anything! Both of these men were condescending and abrupt in there dealings with me. I felt like I was being brushed off each time I spoke or dealt with them. All I was trying to accomplish was getting my payment done in a timely manner and getting my acct. info. With 2 days left before my payment was due, I ended up having to make my payment to D.Alvarez who assured me he would contact Honda Financial to notify them my payment had been made. I made it a point to confirm with him several times that he would this, as he had not been forthcoming so far. I expressed my concern about the payment arriving late and having it reflect negatively on my account,again he assured me and I thought my ordeal was finally over. Imagine my surprise when I received the notice for my 2nd payment due and it showed a balance for the previous month as well!!!!! Where had my payment that I made to D.Alvarez gone??? No one to this day has answered that. I again had to subject myself to a visit to Mr.Vrona because I was done with D.Alvarez and Mr. Vrona as well, but I had no choice as he's the financing mgr. I went there completely frustrated and aggravated. D.Alvarez and Mr.Vrona were not interested in helping me resolve a situation that was created internally because someone did not follow through on my behalf, as the customer. Mr. Vrona was rude and unprofessional in his dealings of this situation. No one took accountability. This was all finally resolved by a conference call with myself, Honda Financial and Braman. I spoke with a rep from Honda Financial who informed me there had never been a payment sent on my behalf from Braman. This was all unnecessary and could have been resolved quickly. It's sad that my sales experience was great and completely fell apart thereafter. I won't buy or lease from Braman Honda ever again because of this. More

I spoke with Miguel Arocho by phone. Not only did he NOT take responsibility for the service issue in question, he then passed me on to the SALES DEPARTMENT. He was of no help. My daughter bought a used car last year from them. One year later, she returned to their service department for a checkup (they wanted $100 for this) and was told she'd need to spend 3k on 4 new tires, an alignment and a new rack and pinion steering gear box. She was told that the car was unsafe to drive. The car had been driven only 13k over the last 12 months and was sold with "new tires." from the same company's Used Sales Department! She walked out and got a second opinion, whereupon she was told that the car needed only 2 new tires, that it was safe to drive, that the total repair cost would be $1300 instead of $3,000, and no new rack/pinion was needed. Clearly this was a case of Braman Honda taking advantage of a young 20-something woman, where they thought they could make a buck (or 3k in this case) and get away with it. CAR BUYER BEWARE. More

When we arrived in the used car section, Mr. Gay came out and introduced himself, and asked if he could assist us, or had any questions. Mr. Gay was knowledgeable, courteous, and not high pressure. The sales people (Omar and Ricardo) were knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. I leased the Accord and Ricardo worked with me to get the best price. Not great but acceptable. We arrived late Sunday afternoon. Met Terry and took the Civic around for a test drive. The car drove wonderful and the extras were out of this world. After some negotiating we agreed on a price. Terry was extremely kind and honest from the minute we spoke with him until I drove off the lot. I was very happy to have him as a salesman. I was also in contact and spent much time with Sebastian Rivera. I was very pleased with his service and determination in getting me a better insurance rate for my lease.
