The moment I walked in I was greeted and treated like a human and not just a sale. Andres Olaya my car salesmen was very professional and very knowledgeable from start to finish. I didn't feel forced and he was very patient in showing me all my options that I had. If you go to Braman Honda ask for Andres, he will help you find the right car for the right price. He showed me all the features of the Honda Accord 2016 and helped me set up all the settings inside before I left. If I had any questions or issues he was really easy to reach even after a few months later. If you go to Braman Honda ask for Andres you will not be disappointed. More

My experience at braman Honda was great, thanks to Belghmi. I rated the dealer 5 stars because of Adil Belghmi. He was the first I got in contact with, he conducted himself in a way that I didn't feel I need I rated the dealer 5 stars because of Adil Belghmi. He was the first I got in contact with, he conducted himself in a way that I didn't feel I need to run away from that place. He was not forcing me to buy something I did not like. During the whole process he did not disappointed me. Adil provided me the best customer service I could have expected. In conclusion, he was the raison I came back and bought a car. However there are some people in the financing department that did provide a poor customer service. If they were the first person I met I would have walk away. I was not happy while I was signing those papers. Texting, ignoring a question that was asked, no eye contact, the whole demeanor was not enjoyable. More
