Braman Honda - October 2019 We recently had what was undoubtedly one of the worst dealership experiences we've ever had, and this is the second time we've encountered such issues We recently had what was undoubtedly one of the worst dealership experiences we've ever had, and this is the second time we've encountered such issues at Braman Honda. It is IMPOSSIBLE to spend less than an hour at Braman Honda regardless of what you're doing (pick-up, drop-off, etc.) because of process inefficiencies. Front-driveway attendants were rude and pushy when dropping our vehicle off for service during a recent visit. We needed a rental car - it took almost a half hour just for someone with Enterprise to return to the office. We called in advance requesting an SUV or van, but they only had a sedan upon our arrival. We dropped our vehicle off in the morning --- we were then told that they needed to keep it overnight because they didn't get it until "late-day". The main problem we brought the van in for was not addressed. They also neglected to perform another service we brought our vehicle in for, citing "time constraints." On pickup, when they handed me the invoice, it was wrong. They did not pull our maintenance history, warranty record, purchase agreement, etc. and then I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct my invoice. Braman Honda doesn't value my time, and they certainly do not make me feel valued as a Honda customer. I am unlikely to return to Braman Honda and am likely to drive further away to go to a different Honda dealership. More
