Terrible service I brought my car in to four new tires, alignment and AC filter. After I paid for the service and drove off. I realized I was turning the steering to t I brought my car in to four new tires, alignment and AC filter. After I paid for the service and drove off. I realized I was turning the steering to the right to keep it on the road. Then I let go of the steering to see if the alignment was off and it was. I called Freddy Melo the young man that was working with my car for the entire day three times and he didn't respond. So I made a u-turn and returned to the service center. The young man came out and took the car for a test drive he kept saying it wasn't pulling but when he let go of the wheel it would pull off to the right. He said it's the road even though we were going down a straight road. Then he said, " okay we will service it. It will take 20 minutes". 2 minutes later he returns with a technician sitting in the car waiting to take my car out for a test drive to see if its pulling. At this point I was annoyed. I told them, " as long as they put gas back in my car. Then I told them no because they are putting mileage on my car and using out my gas and I just went on a test drive with the service guy Freddy". They said ok, but then the manager saw me and overheard the conversation and told Freddy, " I will take care of this". He says there's nothing wrong with my car. He would like to take a test drive with me to see if it is pulling. It told him we already did that and I didn't want to do it again unless they are going to put gas back in my car. At first I refused, then I said ok. As we got in the car. The man started yelling at me saying there's nothing wrong with my car. We barely got out of the facility. Then he took the car into a neighborhood driving less than 25 miles per hour and said there's nothing wrong with your car it's the road. I told him "I know my car. I bought the car from them and I know how it feels. Plus I was driving 45 miles in a 45 miles per hour zone." By the way he's still yelling at me in the car. He takes the car on the regular road wiggles the wheel multiple times before letting it go and then says, "there, you see, there's nothing wrong with the alignment." Before we left, I told David we can take the care out again if he puts gas back in there. He said okay, but he didn't put back any gas in the car. He entered the facility and pulled the car around back next to the garbage. I get out of the car from the passengers side and and he looks at me and says the pump is not working. There was nothing left for me to do, but say ok and drove off my car. I feel so horrible. As women, by herself trusting that the company that I purchased the car from would service my car properly after paying so much money. He just stood there and looked at me with a mean face without not even I'm sorry or I apologize. I will never bring my car back to this place or ever purchase another car from Honda. It was a horrible experience. More
