I placed a hold on an automobile while my credit application was being processed and even though they charged my credit card for the deposit and pulled my credit history, they still sold the car to someone else because that person was of course physically in the dealership and I was not. Furthermore, both David Dominguez and Bassam Mazjoub flat-out lied to me and fabricated some ridiculous story about the automobile not passing an inspection to avoid simply admitting they sold the car to another customer. Only after speaking to a third employee was I told the truth, most likely by accident. If employees of this dealership have so little regard for the truth and lie so casually, they will do the same to you. More

From answering all of my questions, being a person of his words, being patient, meeting my needs as a customer; he did it and it was professionally done. Even after my purchase was done Kennedy went out his way to ask for my spare key from the previous owner and sent it to my house. Thank so much for everything Kennedy Rush. After trying to contact her about a required option she transferred me to the GM. I placed no fewer then 10 calls to Carlos the GM and never received a return call. Now I’m stuck . In all my 54 years of buying new cars Palm Beach Honda is the worst. Also, the business manager tried to stick us with a 7.9% interest rate. When we called up our banks all of a sudden it came down to 3.9%. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Btw. Look through the owners manual before signing on the car. More

I felt I could trust them based on the relationship I acquired over the years. If they would do this to me, They definitely would do it to anybody, they simply don’t care. The customer service is horrible. I almost left there in tears, because they had no regards for me as human. Definitely Go to Delray Honda, I wish I had been there before. The staff is diverse there at Delray Honda and every contact with staff was professional from mangers, to financing, to my sales guy Carlos! Forget about Braman, your not going to get the best deals and you may even get ripped off. Your better off, at a buy here, pay here before Braman Honda of Greenacres. I’m enjoying my NEW 2019 Honda Pilot from Delray Honda, and at a much better price!! More
