Jasmine and the service tech was amazing. Jasmine got the service manager to go on a test drive. He immediately heard the noise and and figured what side it was coming from. He told it it’s a Jasmine got the service manager to go on a test drive. He immediately heard the noise and and figured what side it was coming from. He told it it’s an easy fix but will take time to locate the exact location although we new it was from the driver side. By the end of the day I picked up my car. Jasmine followed up the day I picked up as well as the next day. They can definitely teach customer service to the other dealership in Riviera. More
