Salesman Ed was fantastic. He worked very hard to get both of my deals done. The only part I am disappointed in is the condition of the vehicles when I took delivery. The CRV needs the tint on the passenger window redone and had the items from when Honda delivered it still throughout the vehicle. It wasn’t cleaned out. It looks as though they just wiped the dust off the outside and gave it to me. The Accord was roughly the same as far as cleanliness at delivery and the windows were not cleaned at all. More

The salesman Joey who used to work there now works somewhere else, sold me a lemon and I just purchased the car not only a month ago. I went to Braman Honda and Nissan and they both won’t help me fix somewhere else, sold me a lemon and I just purchased the car not only a month ago. I went to Braman Honda and Nissan and they both won’t help me fix the car and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee and advised it’s non refundable. If the repairs are under warranty then they will cover the costs! This is unacceptable and no one wants to take accountability or help me with the car I purchased. I also found out the car doesn’t even have an extended warranty like the dealership advised! I spoke to Nissan corporate and they were the ones who advised me the car doesn’t have the warranty that the dealership advised it had! More
