My service advisor is very kind. She is very attentive when the car is on site. I don't feel that she was very organized with ordering the camera and staying vigilant of when it woul She is very attentive when the car is on site. I don't feel that she was very organized with ordering the camera and staying vigilant of when it would arrive. I had to call several times over the last month to find the status and eventually, I called the parts department and found out that it was in stock and then had to call her to let her know. She had misplaced the information for the warranty and had to go through that process again. However, she did get everything handled, and was very attentive to addressing my needs for getting a rental. She also made sure that when the car was ready that I would be able to get a ride back to Honda before they closed so that I could get the car back that same day. The driver that took me from the service center to Enterprise was very nice and had great advice to help the process go smoothly. The recall and the camera got fixed sooner than anticipated, so that is also very much appreciated. More
