Good morning everyone, I just wanted to share what a great experience my mother had at this dealership while purchasing her new car. She’s been driving my grandpas 1999 Toyota Avalon for quite some time great experience my mother had at this dealership while purchasing her new car. She’s been driving my grandpas 1999 Toyota Avalon for quite some time and I kept telling her to go get a new car before something happens to the Avalon. My mother has always been frightened to finance a car but I convinced her yesterday to go to Braman Cadillac Miami where she met up with Alejandro Abreu, the guy that put a smile on her face. Buying a car can be a long and tiring process, and not only Alejandro but everyone around as well we’re very hospitable and made her feel comfortable and we’re always asking if she needed anything while waiting for the process to go through, my mom said “ they treated me as if I was their family member “. Not to make this story longer but after she got approved and everything taken care of she was driving back home in her Toyota following her new car home while Alejandro was delivering her new car driving it to her house. Only a couple blocks away from home guess what happened? Yes the Toyota started steaming through the hood and it couldn’t be driven. What were the odds right ? Alejandro pulled around told my mom to get in The new car And they both patiently waited for AAA to come get the Toyota, which shout out to AAA for responding very fast since the car was on the side of the road on biscayne blvd. The whole time my mother felt safe even waiting on the side of the road in her new car with Alejandro. Usually in a situation where your car breaks down, stress and worry kick in but yesterday wasn’t the case. Nothing but joy, smiles and reassurance. Something that felt unreachable to my mother was made possible by Alejandro and all the staff at Braman Cadillac Miami. I think my mom is still smiling from joy and that makes me smile as well. I just want to say if there’s anyone out there in fear of buying a new car, go to Braman Cadillac Miami, you will be taken care of and leave with a huge smile on your face.
