I purchased my BMW 335CI, in 2009, new from Braman West Palm Beach, FL. It has turned-out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made, truly. It was my first purchase. The add on, in house insuran Palm Beach, FL. It has turned-out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made, truly. It was my first purchase. The add on, in house insurance policies that were added to the purchase agreement increased the price of the vehicle dramatically, which I didn't realize at the time. I put a substantial amount of money down on the car ($18,000) and financed the remaining balance through BMW financial. Now two years later I went to trade the car in, at Braman, with 48,000 miles (it was driven a lot but, well cared for). I was shocked to see that the cars value was nearly $20,000. less than the amount of money that I owe on the vehicle. When I inquired how I became so upside down in the loan-car, I was told it was because I purchased so many additional insurance policies (low-jack, tire car, key car, gap, paint etc) and after market packages (I wasn't even aware that after market items were added to the vehicle prior to my purchase). I accepted the above information and moved forward, with the decision to keep the car. The irony of the situation was just recently realized. My chief problem/challenge with the vehicle is that it's "run-flat" tires continuously go flat. Each tire costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $500. About every two months I have a flat tire. Despite having asked NUMEROUS times for the tire replacement to be covered by my above named "tire insurance" policy, there is always a reason that the replacement is excluded from coverage. Apparently the tire coverage only covers "road hazards". My tires are supposedly always damaged because the car is out of alignment. Recently I encountered yet another flat tire. I brought the car immediately to Braman and asked for a loaner vehicle. My service advisor (who was actually very good), was let go some time before this incident. So, I was assigned to "Brian", when I expressed to him that I was exhausted with the situation and simply couldn't afford to continue doing the same thing, he suggested I "get a car that's more affordable". He was so difficult and un accommodating to work with that I placed a call to the service department manager and had the car towed to Appex Auto, to have all new tires put on the vehicle (less expensive, non run-flats). Only then was I informed that the 19" wheels, were not factory but, an add on from Braman. They also told me that two of the wheels were "out of round", that's why I was continuously getting flat tires. Something Braman neglected to ever fix or inform me about. Just two weeks after this entire ordeal I actually lost THE KEY to the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle I only received a single key from the dealer and remember, I bought "Key Insurance". I called BMW to ask that they order another key. I was told that I needed to come in, in-person, with my drivers license and registration. I was told by Joy that the key would be order (Thursday) and would be available for pick-up around Tuesday. When Tuesday came I received a call that they had not ordered the key as I have a co-signer on the loan and that person too would need to present their ID in-person, in order to order the key. I found this absolutely ridiculous as the co-signer is not the owner or responsible party, simply a co-signer for the loan. I own the vehicle and it's titled in my name. I called BMW corporate to inform them of the situation. They tried to work with Braman to No Avail. Finally I HAD TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY call them to basically force them to order the key. It took 3 weeks to get a key to the car. The service at Braman was so unfair that it literally made me ill. I have spent SO MUCH time arguing with their staff and being treated like a second class citizen. More
I made an appointment for 9:30 to drop my car off for it's 14,000 mile service. I arrived at 9:20 and they greeted me professionally and courteously and took my car right away. I was advised that my service rep would be right with me and within 10 minutes I was paged to his desk. The paperwork was filled out ahead of time and after he inspected the car he brought me right over to the loaner desk and within 10 more minutes I was out the door in a BMW loaner. Kalon could not have been more proficient in getting me in and out the door in the shortest possible time. Thanks More

My wife and I are longtime customers of Braman. When I bought a new Z4 in late October, 2009, the car stalled repeatedly in Sport drive. After several futile attempts by Service to fix it, I was given a bought a new Z4 in late October, 2009, the car stalled repeatedly in Sport drive. After several futile attempts by Service to fix it, I was given a replacement that turned out to have the very same problem. Braman Sales was no help at all (even suggesting that I would be "happier" in a 1- or 3-series). It was not until Chris Huffman got into it directly that things started to change for the better. It turned out that this was a "known issue" with 2009 Z4's driving in Sport mode. Chris had Braman pay my lease until BMW came up with a fix, during which time I could not drive the car in Sport. The problem was found to be a computer issue, it was satisfactorily resolved and my experience with BMW service, thanks to Chris and Eduardo Fuentes, has been exemplary. I would hesitate, however, to walk onto the Sales floor again and may make other plans when my lease expires. More
