Bad Service Service manager Rob Ortega helped me on my first visit for service. He proceeded to look at the paint issue on the front grill. I told him it may be a defect since the paint came off when I waxed it only in that one spot, and you can also see how the paint is foggy and there are lines through it (on a 2014 BMW X1). He then turned to me and with a extreme attitude asked “are you a paint expert” and then proceeded with its not a defect or BMW’s fault. He was very rude and I was shocked that he would have such an attitude with a customer. I seriously felt like I was talking to a bum in the street with the kind of attitude this so called manager had. To have an attitude, and insult a customer is not what I expected of BMW. He did not even care to examine the issue, but only look across the rest of the bumper and hood trying to match up another spot blaming it on a bug. I have owned many cars, and a bug is not going to take off paint. So unless BMW has very crappy paint that a bug on a highway would take off the paint, this guy was seriously mistaken. I repeatedly told him its only that one spot where the paint came off as I waxed the vehicle myself. Again answered back with an attitude like we were in a bar fight. The end result was him saying BMW would fix the issue, but they will not fix it a second time. Although I am happy BMW offered to fix the problem, I would have rathered someone with a less hostile attitude servicing me and NOT fix the issue. Following that he just walked away. In addition to that, not Rob or my advisor Joy mentioned the key beep issue that I explained earlier and they did not seem to care. I emailed the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he contacted me back in about an hour. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, this guy did not even once apologize or even seem to care about how disrespectful the service manager was to me. All I got was "Rob is a highly respected manager around here". No apologies for the rudeness or anything. So I guess when you are a manager it gives you the right to treat people like dirt and be an xxxxxxx. Will I go there again and lease/buy a BMW, NO, will I bring my current lease there for service again, certainly not. This was my first BMW service experience, and I have to say it left a very bad taste in mouth. My advice to management there, do not be rude to people especially customers. If you think they are wrong proceed to explain your side of the issue politely and respectfully. It is pretty sad that someone without years of management experience has to educate a Service Advisor Manager how to treat people. We all have our bad days, and Im sure managers at a high end place like Braman deal with a lot of up tight customers. But I was nothing but nice, and did not deserve to be insulted or treated that way. More
I am avoiding this dealership for service at all costs, even if I have to drive double the distance. I have only been twice to this dealership, and each time I wait 4 to 5 days before I get my car back. Ev even if I have to drive double the distance. Every time I got the car back, the problem was not fixed and I had to take it again more than once before they fix it right. I am very disappointed in this dealership and in BMW for having such a poorly managed dealership represent the BMW brand. More

Visited this dearlship today for a problem about the dash wood trim color fading in one section in my 2012 BMW 328i with only 10,500 miles on it. No advisor was insight - when asked were would they be, I was told they were either in meetings or on their lunch break... Finally I had to leave to attend my other business matters... Very lousy service, certainly not to what a BMW service is supposed to be. More
Rude Staff. Plenty of other places with pleasant staff we will be servicing at. Particularly rude female greeter who didn't care that she set us up for a roadside accident by her careless driving and then d will be servicing at. I came in for service and left with a new X1. While my car was being serviced I visited Mario Ceresa who had sold me my 2009 328i. I was curious about the X1 and asked for a test drive. I liked it so much, between Mario and Michael Rotter, they made me a good deal to trade my '09 towards the new X1. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and Braman. Service is great, loaners always available, service coordinator Joy is great and knowledgeable. Braman has won my continued business. More

my car is being repaired, for over a month , and they failed to deliver it on time, no courtesy car even offered. no update. After a month I was told that I can pick up the care that monday, Monday morning comes, I called, and i was told that the car is not going to be ready for another 2 weeks, because some bracket is need and only can be delivered from Germany. I was given an attitude of " oh well there is nothing we can do about it but to wait" this is not acceptable, because I am paying the lease of my care and I cannot use it. This is the worst costumer service I ever gotten from a body shop and from a body shop that works with BMW. More
I feel that I have a personal relationship with Mr. Colon. He's become a integral part of my overall BMW experience. First I had a 3 series. Now a 7.
