I purchased my Certified BMW 430I on January 26, 2020 and two weeks later I received an email from Kenisha Chastine stating a signal was received from my car indicating it is due for service. I contacted h two weeks later I received an email from Kenisha Chastine stating a signal was received from my car indicating it is due for service. I contacted her and set up an appointment for February the 14, 2020 at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:01am prior to my appointment and instead of being scheduled with my original servicing agent, I was instead scheduled with Sebastian. I waited until the person at the front desk came to get me at 9:21am and she escorted me to Sebastian’s desk. He said good morning however prior to this I noticed he was walking around and talking to his co-workers the full time I was waiting. After reviewing the information from my car, he stated my car wasn’t under the care warranty anymore and I was in shock as I just purchased the car approximately two weeks ago and I had only driven the car less than 80 miles. I would expect this should have been completed prior to the sale as it was purchased as a Certified vehicle. He told me to talk to the salesman and a friend who came with me went to the sales side to speak with the salesman. In the meantime, Sebastian called the salesman and I told him he had already requested I go speak with the salesman and my friend was already talking with him and on his way to the service center. After the salesman had a discussion with the sales manager they agreed to complete the oil change and replace the windshield wiper blades free of charge. This was deeply appreciated however I believe it was very disrespectful Sebastian asked for me to go see the salesman and when my friend left to go find the salesman, Sebastian made customer calls and ignored me the whole time it took for the sales manager to make a decision which was about 35 minutes. After the decision was made for the sales department to take care of what should have been done before, Sebastian stated ok and wanted to know if I was leaving the car or waiting. I stated I would leave the car and he kept the key and stated he would call once it was ready. Around 2pm I never heard from him and thought it was strange as normally I received a call from a servicing agent within just a few hours for an oil change. I went to the dealer and ask the front desk about the status of my vehicle and found out my car had been ready for a while. Sebastian never called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and even when I went to pick-up my car he didn’t even get up from his desk to say anything to me. I have never been treated as bad as I had been treated by this servicing agent. I am also really concerned as I am unsure if my car was really Certified when purchased since the oil change should have been completed before the car was sold and the windshield wipers replaced since they were so bad. I am terribly disappointed in the service I received and will not be able to recommend Braman BMW service department to anyone. More
Joy Rivas is the absolutely best. I have purchased a couple BMW’s and I will only allow Braman in west palm to service it because of Joy. She’s a very kind individual and always willing to go above and couple BMW’s and I will only allow Braman in west palm to service it because of Joy. Bought a 2016 BMW 740i Certified Car I have owned this car for 30 days already. This BMW has been in the shop more than I owned the car in the last month. Yesterday had to be towed back on a car carrier out of my house in Jupiter. They say they repaired the problem twice before, to failed the same day or a day later after I receive it, it has only 457 miles since I bought it and took possession on April 16 , 2019 at 8:00 PM. Terrible handling of my car! One would think that a dealership in this location (Braman West Palm Beach) would offer high quality service and customer care. I have experienced very poor service, with no follow up at all. I recently brought my car in for service five times for the same issue before it was repaired correctly. To make matters worse; when I arrived to pick up my car, it had a dent in the passenger door. Yes, they fixed it (another visit to the dealership and a waist of my time) but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. After they repaired the dent, out of curiosity, I reviewed my dash cam logs for excessive acceleration, which it had logged. I viewed the video only to find the valet driving away from the rear lot, recklessly and at an excessive speed, while talking on the phone! I shared this with my advisor, who said he would tell and show the videos to the service manager. After a few days, I then shared my experience and copies of the video with my salesman. More than two weeks have past and I haven’t heard from anyone, let alone the service manager! A simple apology from someone other than my service advisor would have gone a long way! I believe the majority of customers lease their cars from Braman and therefore aren’t as caring if they get a dent or the job isn’t done right the first time. I have owned BMW’s for over 33 years, historically buying at least one car a year for a family member and have never experienced anything like this. This being my fist set of service experiences with Braman, hasn’t proved positive on many levels. More

2 1/2 days to change oil, brake fluid and tire rotation?? They sell too many cars to provide decent service. They are all very polite while they make you wait forever. I had an appt but took 2 hours just to drop my car off for oil change,tire rotation and brake fluid flush. I was told the car would be done the next day, it wasn’t and I received no call at all. Finally called day 2 and was told it would be done at noon. What a difference experience from Reeves BMW in Tampa. They know how to treat a customer. More

This is the worst dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and was not repaired by BMW. They originally quoted me $15000 in repairs. I asked for a used engine quote, 5 whole days juat for a quote. When I mentioned I found an engine for $4700 from LKQ it was suggested I wait for the quote from BMW. They quoted me $13000 for a used engine. When I asked where the engine was from, it was the same $4700 engine. I was tild parts has to make their money. $7000 markup plus labor. Come on. I will never buy another BMW. Never! More

Bramans BMW’s Tech Totaled My M6 While Joyriding!!!!! Seriously Go Elsewhere This Dealership Totaled My 2014 M6 Which Had Only 12k Miles On Her and Wont Do Anything For Me..... Wont Even Return My Calls, I Had To Get BMW Of North America Involved And Still Havent Received Any Info Or Calls From Them Even After Leaving Multiple Messages..... When It Was in For an Alignment Their Alignment Tech Was Joyriding And Went Under A Commercial Vehicle They Proceded To Force Repairs Even Though My Lawyer And I Requested To Be Swapped Into A Like Vehicle.... The Repair Through Their Personal Insurance Company Totaled About $70K In Repairs I Received My Vehicle Back For Aprox. 2-3 Weeks And It Started To Malfunction And Had To Go Back In Apparently The Wiring Harness Was Damaged and They Missed It... Well After Sitting In Their Lot For Approximately 4-5 Months And Being Given The Runaround Saying It’ll Be Completed Any Day Now I Get A Voicemail From Their Insurance Company At About 7am Stating That They Were Totaling Her At Which Point I Try Calling The Insurance Company And Dealership Back To No Avail..... Still No Calls Or Info Even After Contacting BMW Of North America More Then once..... Simply The Worst And Even Made Jokes To My Face About This Situation......
