Hi Ms. Garrison, We strive to provide a world class experience to each and every customer. Communication is an essential part of that experience and in this case we failed. For that we apologize. The reason the repair took several days is that your fuel tank pressure sensor was faulty. This required us to safely drain the entire gas tank, remove the fuel pump, replace the fuel tank pressure sensor and adjust it to assure proper function. That was the long hard part of the job. The easy part was the actual oil change. Where we failed was not properly explaining the repair and providing the good news. The entire hard part of the repair was covered by your excellent BMW warranty, so out of an $891 repair bill, your portion was a small fraction of that just for the oil change. Additionally, per our custom, we provided you a loaner vehicle for the full amount of time so your inconvenience would be minimal. I have emailed you a copy of the repair. If you have any questions, please call me personally at 561-242-3401. I am also sending by mail a BMW hat as a gift for the frustration caused. Best regards, Daniel Bayard Client Care.

Daniel, Thank you for the explanation. I feel the communication was not clear and if that was communicated it would have been helpful. I would not hear for a day or two and would need to text my contact to find out status and yet just said delayed with no explanation. I am hoping they will communicate with the customer on these processes. Thank you, Julie
