I brought my BMW in for a servicing appointment. My service advisor was Eduardo Fuentes. He did an outstanding job. That is why I am spending my time writing this review. He returned my calls quickly, set a convenient time to come in, (handed me a coffee when I did!!!!), documented my concerns, called and emailed what work needed to be done and what it would cost, had the car serviced, returned it freshly washed and cleaned, and charged a reasonable fee. (I value-shopped the European auto service shops in the area. My car is now older and out of warranty.) BMW West Palm Beach was the best value and I trust their work. Loved the service advisor Eduardo Fuentes. Good job! More
What a Waist of time . I Can’t believe a company that large or management staff with such a true carelessness of customer service and customer retention . If I was the General Manager or owner I would be doing a complete overall of what goes on in their service department . Complete lack of business and customer service . I brought my car in for service. Oil change and filter fluids etc… they tell me we have a great 3 year service plan that will include oil changes, filters and fluids top off . I specifically questioned if the oil change package would include filters as it seamed a little cheap to me and they said yes of course it’s a Special program for cars over 5 years old . So I purchased the package with a representative , they then say have a seat and the service writer will be with you momentarily. The service writer came (Ralph Avila Jr.) and proceeded to tell me I would need to pay an additional $315 for filters and the plan doesn’t include filters . I was a little upset by this but said the normal bait and switch, but said OK let’s do it. I left my car there at noon. I was told it would be ready by end of day worst-case tomorrow morning the day passed never got a call. The following day at around noon I sent Mr Avila Jr a text and his reply was the tech was just finishing a multi point inspection on the car and it would be ready shortly. Never got a call or text . So around 2:40 I send another text . No response. So at about 3:30pm I just go in knowing there tech stops at 4pm as I was told the day before and figured after 2 days they by now should have finished the oil change, filters and fluids too off . I walk in and the service writer Mr. Avila Jr tells me another 30 minutes and again says there finishing the multi point inspection (Same he told me 4 hours ago ) I’m now thinking to myself two days for oil change but whatever I’ll wait. 4 o’clock comes around and now I’m being told that they did the oil change but they don’t have the filters. My response is are you serious, you decided to tell me this now after you have held my car for 2 days and never communicated this to me till now . But that’s fine I’ll take the car with just the oil change and I’ll do the filters when they come in . Mind you on my way out the service manager hears that I’m upset walks right by me and does and says nothing. I get in my car and as I’m driving home I see they never even Serviced the car the oil was not done nor anything at all . so they held my car there for two days did nothing and charged me for services never performed. I Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and I will never go back there . 20 years and 13 cars later with BMW never had such a bad experience . I’ll take my 3 BMW’s to Delray BMW from now on to be serviced. Horrible just horrible . Photos showing proof of everything Im saying happened really happened below More

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced from a car service center. Eduardo was condescending, cold, and arrogant. I had a potential manufacturer warranty issue. I also found the sales team from a car service center. Eduardo was condescending, cold, and arrogant. I had a potential manufacturer warranty issue. I also found the sales team to be sub-par with some of the same attitude problems. Customers treated with dismissive interaction and seemed as if it were a "burden" to their time. I love my car but will never work with this center again. More
Background; I leased a BMW every 3 years from Westchester BMW (NY) 1985 to 2002 when I moved to Fl. At lease end I leased my next Beemer from Braman. AND every car since a total of 4 lease BMW’s one used MB conv purchase. I own my current car a 2018 M240i convertible because last year no cars meeting my spec were available. . I brought my car in for a scheduled annual oil change. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect! I’ll not be returning again! 1. My first words to the service advisor were. “ Please have someone appraise the car and have sales give me a call we’ll get together when I pick up the car.” Service advisor’s Reply @11am "oil change usually takes an hour or two your car will definitely be ready by 2pm. I planned accordingly. The advisor went on to say we're giving you a loaner this time, but you're out of warranty & no longer entitled to one? Contrary to the extension I purchased at lease end.?? I figured I’d deal with lease end paper work with someone higher up! ..My wife was still getting a loaner on a 2002 Lexus right up until she got her current 2020 Lexus Nx I called at 1::30, / 2::30 and at 3lm I was informed my car would be ready ~5pm I was told if I was waiting my car would have been in a different queue. I explained in spite of the fact sales never contacted me, you may want tell tell sales managers not wait in any queue, I’ll not be back To Top off the day Upon picking up the car I noticed while the exterior was still wet the interior appeared untouched in fact it was a mess plus covering hazardously left on the floor by gas and brake pedals. Leaving Bramam I was heading into the western sun and the inside of the windshield had beet smeared with a filthy wet rag. I had a beach towel and water bottle and cleaned the inside while parked off the road. I hit the windshield wipers and heard a loud scratching noise from the passenger side I hopped out to discover the blade was resting beneath the windshield- someone had broken it off, it worked fine the day before my visit to Bramam Vowing that it I’ll never cross Bramam’s threshold I stopped at Firestone and spent $30 for a new blade Decisions decisions which model Lexus will I buy - I know from personal experience the dealership a mile away is light years ahead of Bramam the way that they VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER’s LOYALTY UNLIKE BRAMAM More
Braman west palm has went from customer service to customer robbery . They have no more customer service they inflate the cost, advisors are rude and dismissive and not very responsive. Made appointment and they said I didn't have one when I arrived. Gave me a pager to wait for service and it was the wrong one requiring to wait 45 minutes before I could check in my car.
