I have bought several BMW's from Braman and specifically, from Nick Patel. Although I live and work in Tampa, I still buy my new BMWs from Nick. Willie is a nice and good salesman. He was fine to work with however his follow up is poor. We bought my wifes car and there was a scratch in the rocker panel, during delivery Willie and the GM said "make with however his follow up is poor. A week goes by and I take it to service and they said they needed to keep the car and we would have to make another appointement to come back. I made an appointment to do so and Missy gets a call from serivce the day before the appointemtn who said it needed to be arranged as a sales concession and she would have to call Willie to work it out (why cant you work that out amounst yourselves and not involve your cusotmer?). Missy talks to Willie everything is supposedly fine, she comes in and they had to give her a rental, becuase it is not warranty serice it is a sales concession, sales later does not give a PO to enterprise who charges us for the rental, it was later refunded but required repeated follow up from us to do so, I felt like there was little follow through and it was aggrivating. Then we come back a month later to buy ANOTHER car from Willie on January 8th. It had to be ordred and Willie said it would be 6-8 weeks, at the time of purchase he said he would call me with a production number so we could track it's progress. Today (1-25) I get an email from Willie who sends me the production number and said the delivery will be March 31 (12 weeks from order). It is what it is and I am willing to wait, but given his track record for follow up, I am curious if the order was entered in a timely manner. Perhaps its the end of the month and he needed to turn the order in for his commission. More

Over the many years I have been purchasing vehicles, I have met very few dealerships and salespeople that will be upfront and to the point in a timely manner. As an informed consumer, I usually know what I want before approaching the dealer. In theory, this should allow for a quick and easy transaction minimizing my time and the dealerships time. That had been in theory however as most dealers still seem setup for delay tactics - multiple hour visits, approvals from higher end managers that "can't be located...". Even after many hours, many will pressure you with the "stacking approach" of calling in multiple salespeople, floor manager, finance manager, etc. and having them stand around you until a deal is signed. Braman BMW and John Weltzien were such an exception to these findings. John recognized that I was informed and knew which BMW model I wanted, the options it needed to have, and the lease terms I was looking to negotiate. The process of buying a car has never been simpler or quicker. In just a short time, John arranged to have my M3 convertible built the way I wanted it, a date in a few weeks to take delivery and tour the BMW factory in Germany, and John even arranged (at my request) to have the M3 arrive at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina! Now my 14 year old son can join in the fun of watching our new M3 join the family! I could not be happier with the treatment that Braman and John Weltzien gave me. He is knowledgeable, upfront, to the point, and values my time. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for the next one. More

I went to this dealership solely to learn about thew BMW car lineup and was immediately greeted by Willie Orth who proceeded to explain the various models, their specifications and their price points. After ascertaining my desire for a 7 series he immediately put me in a 750 Li for a test drive explaining during the ride the features of this model, the various offered specifications and the functioning of the navigation system. After the test drive, I decided to purchase this car if the price was reasonable knowing full well that the model that I had chosen was expensive to begin with. Our negotiations on price at purchase were fair, in my opinion. After purchase, I also was able to test the service dept.I was greeted very courteously with an appointment that was on time and work performed was excellent. Because of my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Willie Orth for a BMW purchase. More

Not every time of course, but often enough. Not so at Braman Motor Cars BMW! And certainly not so when you have the good luck to purchase a luxury car from salesman, Willie Orth, whose personal integrity has single handily changed my view of car salesmen forever more. Mr.Orth is truly the consummate professional – knowledgeable, friendly, patient and honest. And most impressive of all, he follows up on every question, keeps every promise, and makes you feel like no detail is too small for him to deal with as part of the service he provides to his customers. The whole process took two calls and less than 5 minutes. I picked up the car at the Performance Delivery Center in SC, which I highly recommend to anyone who can spare the time. I would not hesitate to buy my next BMW from Mo and the fine folks at Braman. First class job all the way! More

I was greeted upon my arrival by Mo, and he made me feel very comfortable. I had called ahead and made a appointment. He new I was interested in a new lease, and that I liked the 128i coupe. With the help of the manager Raj, he was able to provide me with everything I had requested. I obtained the exact monthly figure that I had requested, and they even made the first payment for me. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention that I have recieved from Mo. This has been the best experience I have ever had from a dealership, and I'm 60 years young.I would and will recommend Mo, and Braman Motor Cars. I look forward to doing it again in 36 months. More
