I knew what I wanted to spend and for me to feel like I got a good deal, it didn't matter how much the dealership made. The gentlemen that I worked with were a pleasure to do business with. From the salesman to the manager to the finance manager, all 1st class. The only downside is the a la carte menu of extras that are offered when you go to meet with the finance manager. Come on, it is bmw...throw some of this stuff in! I can see myself purchasing another bmw but the service is what frightens me.
