After the service was performed, Unfortunately the car came out of the dealer with white stains. I think they washed incorrectly and they are probably using the wrong products. I love getting my car serviced here. My rep Maico knows who I am and keeps me updated every step of the way. Plus, I never have to worry about renting a car while my car is being worked on because they off who I am and keeps me updated every step of the way. Disingenuous. Unethical. Liars. Quoted us a price, we did not agree to go through with the service. Requested specifically that the service not be performed. The service was performed despite our request, an not agree to go through with the service. Requested specifically that the service not be performed. The service was performed despite our request, and then we were billed for it. The invoice stated the service was performed upon our request! This was a lie. When questioned about this, neither staff nor management took accountability for the mistake. The pricing for service at this location is inflated - this is widely known. They had the chance to make it right in the end and chose not to. Will never return. Will tell everyone about how poor the experience was. More
