TERRIBLE TECHNICIAN i brought in my 2018 M240i for a simply oil change and one of the technician left my engine oil cap unlocked and the next morning oil was all over my i brought in my 2018 M240i for a simply oil change and one of the technician left my engine oil cap unlocked and the next morning oil was all over my drive way. I called the service manger and he tried to said it was my fault. once i took it back in my service advisor said it was the technician fault for leaving my cap off. no one said SORRY or anything. WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THOSE TWO. I just got 2 hours of my time wasted by 2 clowns ( Augustin Falcon and Manuf Muchallah) at Braman BMW in Miami who have absolutely no idea how custome I just got 2 hours of my time wasted by 2 clowns ( Augustin Falcon and Manuf Muchallah) at Braman BMW in Miami who have absolutely no idea how customers should be treated. Clown #1 so called " Service Manager) invited me to come so they can see what they did to destroy my 08 BMW after a simple oil change. My car was perfect before the oil change, now they are telling me it has transmission problems and coil is misfiring after I spent more than 10 grands to get everything up to date in this car. I will not do business with an one associated with braman until these two clowns are fully assess for there customer service skill because their are below someone selling fish at the flea market. Business is business as a service manager, you provide result, not be BFF with someone as Manuf who has a xxxxty customer service skills and allow him to work to tanish the Braman's brand. A general manager, should reprimand those two if not terminate them for AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Amazing service! I left BMW about 12 years ago because the service at South Motors was horrible. Spent the last 12 years at The Collection and their service was outsta I left BMW about 12 years ago because the service at South Motors was horrible. Spent the last 12 years at The Collection and their service was outstanding, but we wanted a switch from Audi and Porsche.
