Best BMW dealership in SoFlo guaranteed! Forgot the name of the gentleman who sat down to discuss the issues my F30 335i was having. He took his time to understand all issues and correctly describe them on paper so the tech knows what to look for. Efficiency is a 11/10 at BRAMAN, loved the whole process. Oh, and they fixed every single problem. There was even some small issue with my exhaust that I did not notice, did not inform the rep but they still fixed it! This is how every dealership should operate! My father worked as a car carrier and I've had horrible experiences all over the country (traveled a lot with him)... There was this Mercedes dealership who shipped a brand new 200k car on a open carrier from NJ to FL... they did not care to pay an extra $200 to put it in a closed truck. To finalize, most dealers DONT CARE! BUT BRAMAN DOES and takes the extra time to make their clients happy and satisfied. My next BMW will be bought with them and I HOPE YOU MAKE THE SAME CHOICE! (PS: Please add more valet attendants! not a complaint, its a suggestion) More
